They had to Fire Telesco. It makes the HC job more attractive. Also the moment he refused to keep Jacobs so AP could keep Heartbeat of the Team that's when the Clash Started. Then he didn't even try to trade with Atlanta for Penix. We didn't necessarily need to draft Daniels but at Least get AP a QB.
The fact they went into this season without a stable Quarterback room was already a question mark for me. That and taking a former Bear OC was a red flag for the organization considering they fired him halfway through the Season.
