I hope Belichick stays at UNC. Having him teach football fundamentals (as well as football history) to a new generations of players every year is a good thing for the development of the sport. He has always been a fantastic teacher, and so him doing what he does best without the crazy pressure of the NFL seems like a great environment for a guy his age.

ding ding ding. This is a long term decision. Tom aint interested in being a losing franchise and that often takes a lot of sacrifice in order to facilitate. Its is always a good idea to fire your GM if you can because most top talent at HC has a specific person they want to partner with and top talent will ignore your franchise if you don't.

    • @moisesflores3482

@moisesflores3482 it's the only way to do it. How often do we see a GM stay on with a new coach and struggle then they're fired or vice versa. It happens all the time with trash franchises. If you're firing either position you gotta fire both.

This is exactly the type of positive influence that most of us expected from Tom Brady being included in the ownership group. He is clearly involved in the high-level decision making.
This is also the perfect example of why Tom Brady should not be announcing games in NFL broadcasts, because he is clearly more involved in high-level decision making in that ownership group. Clear conflicts of interest.

I think Davis just wanted a complete reset which is what they need. I didn't like the hire to begin with. I don't think Bill leaves carolina either, maybe I'm wrong but I think he really wants to compete at the college level and build Carolinas program up

I don’t how the NFL and Fox would work out the details but Brady should be recused from broadcasting games where there’s an obvious conflict of interest.

I’m a diehard raiders fan. I liked AP as a person. I hate when people say he was done dirty. He didn’t have a quarterback. He did not have a high football IQ. When he was interim coach, he lost three to nothing to the Vikings after several quarters of not getting anything going he should have made a change in that game in particular. How long should the team have given a guy who shows a lack of football IQ?

Brady working for Fox and owning a team is a form of tampering. Calling games praising some players over others. Falsely slandering some that his team ends up signing. The league didn't think this through.

Telesco was abysmally bad at finding draft depth and was a detriment to the franchise. Hortiz in only his first year drafted the correct 1st rounder in Alt, traded up to go get Ladd in the 2nd, and found TWO stud CBs in the 5th round. Colson has been injured all year, but he may also provide value out of the 3rd round.
