    Andris, I would swap out 1/4 cup of water for 1/4 cup of plain yogurt. The difference in texture and flavor is amazing.

      @AndrisLagsdinYT I made the pita bread, and the Baking Steel made it outstanding. I had it with homemade hummus.

    Did you cover it in an OILED bowl ??

      I did not oil the bowl. You could, just didn't find that necessary.

    I would recommend integrating with chain baker's pita recipe ruclips.net/video/U4m880VvsRU/видео.html. I can make the dough days ahead and hold it. I just put my oven to 550 and can throw it on my baking steal and have pita in under 30 minutes at night while I am making the rest of dinner.
