That's it, the new stem was CNC made and the new Bandit 1200 forks are in! Everything fits Plug & Play and I couldn't be happier with it! Next step R6 shock and Bandit rear wheel :-)

Nice job man!, are these the Original size forks? i have the same bike and i would like to put gold forks on it but i dont know the sizes..

Thanks for the comment, those bandit forks are 41mm so bigger than stock... You won't be able to slide them in stock triple trees
