Curious what waste to conversation rate is. Turn 8-9% of product like that, rest is waste? Hook up with some local shelters. You'll get rejected by 95% due to expired product but the 5% will advertise. Halfway houses work too. Shelters are not receptive to stuff like this all the time so it might require work but if you hustle enough they'll take the free shit and hand it out.
