    The last frequency of the class interval (80-89) is 9, it wasn't 4 that was used while solving the question.

    Last frequency you have to look very well b'se to the original table it shows 4 to the class inteval of 80-89

      Okay
      The class interval of the median class is (60--69)
      60 is the lower class interval and 69 is the upper class interval.
      From the formulae of median, we need the lower class boundary(L)
      To get the class boundary of the median class, I subtracted 0.5 from the lower class interval and add 0.5 to the upper class interval of the median class respectively.
      (60-0.5) and (69+0.5)
      59.5 --- 69.5
      L=59.5
      That's how I got 59.5
