I know this is an older video, but I found a card that really slaps in this deck. Door of Durin from “Lord of the Rings “. It allows you to manipulate the top of your deck and to cheat whatever big creature into play tapped an attacking. I don’t think many people know about this one.
friends getting annoyed at you building dragons deck because they "look cool"? fear not, build a velociraptor deck that's ACTUALLY GOOD (and it looks cool too)!
A good budget upgrade is Rith's Grove. When it enters, return a non-lair card to your hand or else the lair sacs. The land taps for Naya. Its nice mana fixing.
A nice list of cards, but what are we replacing to put them in? Surprised at your number of subscribers, but not at the view count, the videos could do with some work! Keep at it!
I picked up Etali but it's gone from $9 to $20. Gishath is also close to that much as well. I've heard some throw Bonehoard Dracosaur in their dino deck as well giving you a 5/5 flyer with first strike that gives you card draw and possibly a treasure or token dinosaur every turn.
I miss some card thaht i not see so many pics but it's really surprisly good In still low price card people can include : Season of growth if you blink a lot with individual spell you gain an enchant who can make a small srcy to choose if you discover or not + the abitlity to draw with the blink. Far traveler ok they only target taped creature but it's litteraly a less expensive teleportation circle or conjurer closet. Curator of the sun creation by far less than one dollar probably sleeping on your ixalan bulk and allow you to discover an another time once per turn for the same value. Burning sun's avatar 6 mana dinosaur 6/6 and good etb to ping some natsy mob. A lot more expensive but unexpected or pretty good : Manual monster an elfish piper on an artifact card you can proc it during your opponent turn and pop out a big dino who said groar. Flaming tyranosaurus if you need a doctor who card this one is definitivly the best on this deck. He had menace, can pump itself easily, and when he died make an hudge blast to your opponent. If you want a funny adittion who can change your legendary non dinosaur card more interested with pantalaza you can try an another doctor who card Displaced dinosaur. Sevala ,mommy norn, goreclaw is not a dino ? Don't worry displaced dinosaur change them into a 7/7 dinosaur and allow you to discover 7 + they keep their ability. (and you can also copy themself with sunfrill imitator but's it's an another topic) i don't mention trumpeting carnosaur because he's just even more stupid on this with blink effect plus pantlaza you can make turn alone and search so many card you need with discovery 6 with pantlaza and 5 with trumpeting.
Is there an advise on which cards to replace? As a newbie to MTG I love watching this video with potential upgrades but I would get lost in which cards to replace :o
In favor of any of these heavy hitters, I'd scrap Wayta and the other enraged dinosaurs (except for Apex Altisaur which you can give indestructible and it becomes a boardwipe). All told, they make up 10% of your deck, so you either have slim odds of having 2 of them to synergize, or you have to get rid of much better creatures to add more enrage mechanics. On one hand, it's nice that I get to draw a card or tutor a land when a creature gets hurt, but on the other hand Ghalta and Mavren is just absolutely devastating and provides so much more value even just sitting on the battlefield than getting an extra enrage trigger.
Thank you for the detailed explanation under my three month old comment. I had to rewatch the video to understand what you were saying but I can see it working out :) I am very grateful for the time you spent for me, have a great day!
Unless I'm missing something it seems like Nahiri's Resolve leaves one wide open to attack since your creatures are gone and can't defend until it's your turn again. Not really a great card compared to Legion's Initiative where you can at least decide to activate it if needed.
yeup but this one can be splash in any boros naya tribal dino deck. in gishath is deadly too the simple fact to ad vigilance to your full board of dino make him more scariest. In pantlaza you can play it with the suspend cost later the board of tiny pteranodon with haste is nice and you can gain life and had burn dammage to your opponent if a kintaurus kand is on board.
Pro-tip, use the background from the green/red wolf exile deck from the second wave of DND sets. It’s in command zone from start, and if you hit land drops it’s literally free pinging by turn 4 every first dinosaur. Few ways to skirt that “only one dinosaur” if you’re clever with it. (Cascade, cascade, cascade… and haters? Don’t get blocked!)

I actually just put that in yesterday, what a coincidence 😂
what cards to remove or did I miss that

My magda deck slaps though

I turned mine into a proxy Jetmir's Garden.
Mycotyrant next please! Love the video you made about suggested cards, but it’d be sick to get a full list! Thanks for all the amazing content.

was wondering the same.

I always enjoy seeing more options for one of my favorite tribal decks. Even if it’s not *strictly* a tribal build, in this case. 😊
I love this precon so much.
I'm surprised Cryptic Gateway was not suggested, since you can just tap two dinos to put down another dino at instant speed.

I need that info too

This is how i would upgrade my velocyramptor deck, IF I HAD ONE!
what did you switch out for these upgrades?
Probably all of the enrage and Wayta cards unless you want to take the jankier approach to the deck.
I want to make this my atla palani deck, but it’s so strong as it is
Dinos on a spaceship

First. To spell it right.
The only flawless on this Deck Is that pantlasa cost 5 manas but other Dino generally cost More so you can't enter Them with his ability
What do you mean? It's based off toughness, not mana value. He also lets you cast any nonland off the trigger, not just dinos
firts 🤘😼🤘
