0:44 Man, Akechi is almost never included. Which is so odd because Ryuji literally goes out of his way in the Third Semester to say Akechi's input is valid because "The Phantom Thieves don't act without a unanimous vote" showing that he considers Akechi to be a true Phantom Thief. If only ATLUS would include him in things more. Or acknowledge the third semester but oh well
It's wild how they're not even adding in Princekechi either if they're gonna ignore Third Sem or leave his fate ambiguous.
He's still the most popular party member besides Joker. The fact they stuffed him into DLC jail and then *isn't* in the gacha game is bizarre as hell.
(Yes I know Atlus didn't make P5X, the point still stands though, the third-party company isn't *that* blind)

@@izzy1356 interviews did mention future crossovers with other P5 console games. There's chance of Royal, Strikers, Tactica etc. events and characters in further updates.

If the game treats the phantom thieves as a crossover, Doesn't that mean that P5X is setting it self up for future crossovers? I wonder what we'll get.
well the Sea of Souls being a important factor in P5X set itself up for a lot of crossover potential. Especially considering how Wonder's connection to it is giving him unique powers such as his ability to summon Phantom Idols and see possible futures of a person's soul.
Likely 3, 4, 5, Arena, Tactica, Strikers and hopefully 1 and 2; I wouldn't doubt that we might get other IPs but I think it's mostly going to be Persona stuff.
I'm like 99% sure they only called it persona 5X because they didn't wanna anger the fan base by making persona6 a mobile game
7 years later, Persona 5 is still relevant.

I always wondered how they'd crossover both parties/entries. Guess Atlus is gonna be pursuing more crossover stuff from now on. I wonder if this means we'll get a new Persona Q soon, if only as a party game or something that isn't dancing all night lol

To be fair it says in 0:51 that it's a crossover between The Phantom X and Persona 5, and Sophi, Wolf and Toshiro aren't characters from Persona 5.
@@victoralmeida2684 True. I just wish they got more representation. They were really good additions to the team and had a fun dynamic with the rest of the cast.

@@Timothy_-ve2zp Akechi is originally a character from the original Persona 5(2016) though not Royal, he's even in the cover art of the game, and from what I saw Yoshizawa isn't in this game yet, but I think they're all going to be added later on.

The truth is that I like the collaboration because it is the first that Joker speaks in quotes since it is just text, in a title of the Persona saga, but on the other hand it is strange to me that they collaborate with each other, it reminds me of the crossover event between Pokémon go with the Pokémon horizons anime, for collaborating with each other, I just hope that the gacha has at least crossovers with animes like Detective Conan and that's not bad, since I liked the opening and the OST, greetings.
Is this supposed some spin-off to p5 and the characters look a little off or is it just me?
@@akai3974 Yes, it is a spinoff of P5, and I also feel that the collaboration is out of place for the simple fact that it is developed in the same universe of P5, because they would do a crossover with each other, instead of with an anime, or some other saga title as a cameo or skins? This is what catches my attention a little, even more so if we take into account that the characters were already there, I think, at the launch of the first beta of the game.

That’s exactly how I felt about Kasumi/Violet too in design, she’s just FeMC Joker but I kinda just hope that I’ll eventually come around on him like I did her too
