Fabulous video. I switched to S&T over the winter with my indoor practice. Finally got to hit outside last week (I’m in Nebraska) and hit it better then ever. I’m 70. I figure this approach will help me for the next 10 years at least.

Great video Jess on an arc that produces "hands in, club head out." For years I have been taking my backswing along this same arc and my downswing produces an in to out movement. I am now working on a longer backswing and more rotation in the downswing to give me the distance to go with my consistency! As always, great job Jess! Keep up the good work!

it's a good way to swing for us seniors and it's not too complicated. i can get 140 yd. with a 7 iron and 200+ carry with a driver and a predictable draw. thnx for the help.

It's funny I end up hitting off the toe a lot. I definitely have to work on the turning and keeping my hands still. Another great video in helping me get my golf game going. It really sucks that I'm in Massachusetts because I would be at your golf course everyday learning!!
