There were a few easy misses earlier for her.
If she’d moved the queen one forward to threaten kings pawn, then slide the bishop in line next, she could have mated the king or forced a favorable queen trade.
He missed a pawn rook trick or treat freebie earlier too.
It seemed she didn’t want to trade her queen against a player she considered to be good.

@Dave Smith WOW. Just, wow. Clearly God chose not to burden you with genius. Let me explain.
When a surgeon performs surgery, droplets of water from their mouth are expelled during normal breathing. These droplets of water can have bacteria in them. Without a surgical mask, these droplets can get into the patients opened body and create a bacterial infection. Therefore, they wear the surgical masks to prevent that.
I can't believe you don't know this. This is basic stuff. If you don't know this I would venture to say you know absolutely nothing about Covid or real, effective preventative measures that work. Not surgical masks or any other kind of mask short of a P100.
I hope this cleared up your ignorance on this topic.

At 7:25 when he goes into a think, couldn’t he have gone Rd4, queen moves then Rh4+, whites forced to give up a bishop??

You mean return the Bishop for the Knight(after Qxf4) right? Not really winning material, and just complicating things and the kingside.

@8:35 why doesn’t she take the rook with her queen? She opts to take knight with bishop instead. I’m sure she’s a better chess player than me…what am I missing?

There's a lot of different time controls but without getting into the nuances of increment the most popular right now are 3 minutes, 5 minutes, and 10 minutes a side.

At 8:42, he should have check the king with Q to h4. King would have been forced to g1, then grab the rook with the Bishop.

    • @HappyTinfoilCat

I think she should have checked his king at 8:36, more fun at that point.
