Have you seen Cup races since 2022? NextGen car is built like a brick but the inside mechanical parts are destroyed by tapping the wall, the driver alone is in more danger than ever before with their bodies taking on most of the impact because NASCAR doesn’t understand why cars are designed to bend and fold
At least it's never obvious who's gonna win each race, *_*cough cough*_*_ Max Verstappen _*_*cough cough.*_* All jokes aside, I still enjoy both series.😂
driving in a malformed circle with 1000hp go karts with no overtakes and no wrecks isn't a sport Edit: this is a joke lmao both NASCAR and F1 are great
@@nascarracing34-ky7gqif I was a f1 fan (which I kinda am) I would say, “but Lando Norris, Charles Leclerc, Lewis Hamilton, George Russell and Carlos Sainz have won races!” But just no. Max Verstappen has won the majority of races in f1, there are little to no overtakes, and very anticlimactic wrecks.
Oooh my god. I can’t with the elitist F1 Fans. NASCAR and F1 are both great motorsports when they can be, why hate on each other when we can just relax?
Something better about nascar than f1 is at least when our cars make the slightest contact they don’t have their car get destroyed and go flying into the air Also 0:42 is that a larson reference I spy? 😭💀
Yeah I guess, I personally have mixed opinions on this, on one hand, allowing contact allows and enables drivers to be aggressive and go for exciting moves, on the other hand, it seems like Nascar made the Nextgen car to allow more beating and banging with less reprecussions, enabling drivers to make huge divebombs and take people out, and when there is beating and banging, you know theres a big chance that the drivers start brawling, which is what NASCAR likes to use for promo material and to artificially make the sport more exciting, which is why alot of fans left the sport
Also, Cole Custer would never give up the win to benefit his teammate Riley Herbst…right *Lando Norris* and *Mclaren* RRIIIIIIGGGHHHTTT? . . . F1 is DED (with all caps), i saw Lewis, Seb and Max first win coming in a fashion way, the first win is always the best win, and today is this? Pure low effort.
When ur sport is so boring that half the races have the same top 5 for 90% of the race Turn on NASCAR for 30 minutes to watch 3-4 wide racing, then come back to watch the same top 5 in F1 win
Its a different form of racing, I am a F1 fan that races both Sports cars, formula cars, and yes, the good old american freedom machines that drive really fast in circles. And while most of these claims are relatively true and funny, this isnt the worst part about modern day NASCAR, the problem is that its starting to become more of a demoliton derby and show rather than a sport, with horrible and inconsistent officiating, as well as goofy systems like the playoffs, Nascar is trying to make artificial entertainment by bringing in stupid points systems. Oh yeah and the drivers are also immature and fight each other, wrecking other people intentionally is so stupid to accept in my opinion, its entertaining no doubt but it doesent show that theres so much emotion on the racetrack, it shows the drivers are a joke. It almost feels like NASCAR is paying drivers to do stupid things like have fist fights that never change the result of the race, good or bad. Nascar uses its fights and wrecks and such to promote the sport and give the series credibility as an exciting sport, F1 doesent have stupid gimmicks like the playoffs and points resetting and calling a yellow flag on a roadcourse because someone spun, F1 doesent allow drivers to brawl it out. Anyways my rant is over, both sports deserve credibility, and if there wasnt depth to oval racing, well there wouldnt be proffesional series and junior series all over the US. Same thing with all types of high level racing.
At least our cars don't fall apart if a clipping of grass grazes the tire

Btw, F1 fans always think about same driver winning every race is entertaining and plus paying $500 just to get your view blocked

I like NASCAR, though i am an f1 diehard
I am a fan of both categories but I do love NASCAR more than F1, not because of all that, but it also has good things to mention.

if driving in circles is so easy how come when f1 and indy drivers try NASCAR they finish in the 30s+
