I guess you get to keep your accusation up but I wasn't being snarky. I told you how to make something functional and more valuable than a decoration that looks like a waste of a precious metal and a functional food product. Those are also more expensive than what you turned them into which is counter productive in a way. Again, I don't feel like helping you with constructive comments and getting your type of comments back so hopefully you will realize that those type of things don't look that good to some people the ones that might by those products and use them for what they are meant for.

Brass is VERY popular right now in some places though. Id try selling brass as is first before painting it. I will paint silver plated. But if you are selling the items, i would definitely post brass items as is ,then if they dont sell after a bit, you can still up cycle with paint. Just something to consider because brass happens to be popular right now

Interesting! I do a lot of painting with chalkpaint, but I wouldn´t have thought that you can paint even silver with it!
Great look, but in my opinion you should also have painted the bottom/underside of both pieces. Now it´s not possible to put it on a high board, shelf or a cupboard because everybody would see the original surfaces of both parts, and that´s not very classy.
But I really like your videos nevertheless! Greetings from Germany

One of them was broken the other two were fine. You could have polished them with silver cream and had shimmery silver, found food containers that fit in the chafing dishes and purchased the heat sources for the bottoms. You would have had something more valuable than white paint over precious metal that makes them look cheapened to people that know what those are as well unusable for food.. That I saw them in this video and know that all they needed was a little polishing makes it worse.
