God damn this business advice is gold! Never thought of validating through warm channels before making offers that can potentially scale. Love the robuttle upsell too! Charly you are my go to guru and youre killing it, thanks a lot my G!
I get what you're saying but I don't think you fully answered his question... if he did find a way to attract attention/traffic and still not converting well - how does he find out where the problems are - landing page, offer, ad, etc.?
I get it bro I'm in ur spot for some of my accounts. Trust me if it really didn't get the spend from old one it's a weak link. The ABO method is gonna increase CPM plus it never comes at level of scalability as CBO does. But try and see for yourself.
Great video! What’s the longest period you’ve gone using Facebook ads at a loss before becoming profitable? When you finally saw a profit, do you think it was due to improved ads, or was it more because of name recognition and the effectiveness of broad retargeting? Seems like 5 days out of the month I am profitable lol, but feel this is the absolute best way to grow and get people aware of my business, I just need to stick with it and be consistant and just stick with it somehow. I make a lot of sales, but "losing" an avg of 3-5 grand a month isn't fun. On to month 4 for me....
Hello Professor, I sold a product to the whole UK and finished it, now can I advertise with the same dataset (pixel) to the USA or another European country?
@@CTtheDisrupter Is it not like the chicken and the egg though? If you don't advertise, you can't make money? What other avenues would you explore first for a small e-commerce literally just starting?
If FB ads should be used on existing successful businesses, what do you recommend for initial attention of a business? Google ads? Organic efforts? Etc
I’ve launched a new DCT in my campaign however after two days it still has $0 ad spent. Is there any reason this may be happening or is that normal during the first couple days ?
hi, professor, may I ask if I using CBO and I keep add new DCT, but the problem is the new DCT not spend, can we use ABO for each DCT? Once found the winning DCT only use CBO campaign is it work?
I thought that the whole point of social media including facebook is that it is used by business owners to build brand and connect with their audience.. Isn't that the case with alot of successful ecommerce brands? They leverage the power of social media in their marketing strategy to get their business known to the wider public? You are saying that that is not what platform like facebook is used for? Am i missing something?
To give an example, isn't Facebook Ads what brands like Trueclassic, the oddie use to first kaunch their brands and business? Of course they have other marketing channels but I know for a fact that they extensively use facebook ads to drive initial revenue and groeth during launch...
do you have a tremendous amount of funding and a way to get organic revenue already? That would allow you to follow the same business model is nine figure businesses
if you have to rely on Facebook to make your first sale, then you better be able to lose money for a long while. The best businesses can make revenue and the profit is what is invested in the Facebook to amplify the volume
It seems you are suggesting that a business cannot start and scale on Meta. If thats what you are saying, you are wrong. My agency has scaled many brands with a Meta first strategy.
if you’ve never sold anything before starting by trying to run Facebook ads to get your first dollar is exceptionally more difficult and leads to far more failed businesses with far more lost money, then using the profit of a successful operation to run ads
Horses for courses. Some brands work better with a meta first laugh, some better their google ads etc. it’s not right to advise brand owners to avoid meta. Make great creatives and a decent funnel and meta can be awesome.

it’s hard to address what’s wrong with a business that doesn’t work
the problem could be anywhere
The only way to find out is to A/B test each step of the funnel, given that you are getting traffic

Hey Proffessor. What are your thoughts on country stacking in an adset?

Can we improve the organic results before ads?
@@CTtheDisrupter Going to work on this starting today. Website gets pretty good organic results, but will work heavy on FB and Instagram organics.
Hello Professor, I sold a product to the whole UK and finished it, now can I advertise with the same dataset (pixel) to the USA or another European country?
absolutely!
So would you advise for a brand new small time e commerce business with no data or validation whatsoever to stay away from Facebook Ads?
yes
if you can’t make money yet
you don’t have money to spend on making more

all of those sound good

totally normal if the other ads have spend and data

you can
just know that your results will be less reliable, less stable and less profitable long term
there we go, commented to the third video 😄
fantastic!!!
dm me on socials for what you asked for

sounds good to me
