Her stats come from her energy which means she out hustles most people and that's what you need to get rebounds, that and good instincts. You need that person but its not the main or secondary reason teams will win. No one puts the energy person at the front of the bus. You still need people who can create, distribute, and score and stretch defenses - CC does all those things and like Steph much of that is not measurable, but our eyes see it - pulling defenses is not measured but that's what those types of players do to make it easier for everyone else. But women’s basketball is just a bad product overall. That’s why in 26 years the WNBA has never had one profitable season, it’s literally a charity league paid for by men, by the NBA. But it’s fair to compare the WNBA to the NBA, because sports like Tennis, Swimming, and track the quality of the female leagues are just as good as the men’s. Her stats come from her energy which means she out hustles most people and that's what you need to get rebounds, that and good instincts. You need that person but its not the main or secondary reason teams will win. No one puts the energy person at the front of the bus. You still need people who can create, distribute, and score and stretch defenses - CC does all those things and like Steph much of that is not measurable, but our eyes see it - pulling defenses is not measured but that's what those types of players do to make it easier for everyone else. On top of that CC's passing is ELITE, its like watching a young Magic out there, she's some combo of Magic and Stockon or Havlicek

I have some advanced metrics. The Sky are first in rebounds, 11th in scoring. They outrebounded the fever 42 to 31 and lost by 19. I think talking rebounds in the WNBA is different than in men's basketball basketball
That's because Reese is rebounding half her own lay ups. Offensive Rebounds are suppose to be for keeping up pressure not for correcting fucked up lay ups. That's just lowering the value of each rebound.
