I think Kobe was the most talented player on that team but he didn't play like it. I'm not downplaying what Shaq did because the Lakers won championships. Kobe can't be up there with Magic or Bird until he plays great in a Finals series (his last 2 performances have been horrible). He needs to move without the ball more (like Jordan did) to score more against great defenses. By the way, A.I. is still a ball hog and kills team chemistry (Exhibit A: Detroit Pistons).
