After the the client specify the need, process is triggered, we have to make an offer, then prepare the documents for electricity provider to get approval, after approval, client need to pay down payment, then site servay, drawing and engineering design, booking transportation and lifting, arrange with client the schedule of installation, purchase the raw materials, materials delivery, 2nd payment collection,.... Each of these activities run by one of our team members, and, some activities are dependent on others, some are interconnected. Our team are 5, what is the best software to automate the whole processes so when the member submit the deliverable, the next step appears on next member and so on...

Which one is capable of taking data from WPforms to another website ? The site just has form fields that need to be filled out with that data.
Integromat will be able to do this.

power automate absolute pain in the ass with the guides etc.

I haven't built any Whatsapp integrations sorry, so I'm not sure
