Alyssa said: “I remember saying to my consultant ‘please don’t give up on me just yet’, and eventually they found this trial in Great Ormond Street and it worked. I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for Blood Cancer UK or many of the other charities that helped me throughout my journey.”.
