All of the features and uses are excellent. Here is what I think I noticed about the stitching of the handles and strap to the haversack. They are sown to the canvas without a backer material on the inside of the haversack. If I am incorrect, please let me know. On some of my other items sown without a backer material, my experience is the stitching does not wear out, however use causes stress to the material the strap is sown to. Eventually a hole in the material it is sowed to occurs. Backer material eliminates stress on the canvas. Think of a sandwich, the strap then the canvas then the backer material. Using backer material, stitching is not pulling on the canvas rather the stitches pull on the backer material (think large washer for working with wood or metal). Hope this makes sense.

Congratulations on the 80k mark. At base camp instead of trash bag as a water storage option. You could use a oven roaster bag. Like the ones you put a turkey in. They're food grade. And you could boil water in it if need be.
