It should work like any other light - we used it for some product shots and it can work as an accent light for portraits if it is at the right distance from the subject.
Hi, can you please tell me why when I plug in the timp si from NPF I have a maximum power output of 20%, why is this happening, how to enable 100% power ? I haven't received the knobs yet, I bought them separately. Or only with the knobs can I use 100%?
The NPF we used in the video was the latest by Smallrig. It's got 36W output, and that will power the RT25 to 100%. A long enough USB-C cable and a mount for the NPF are also handy if you've got them already. By "knobs" I think you are referring to the handle or grip? Yes that will power the light to 100%.
Thank you for the video. I want to use it for certain photography tasks. What do you think of it as a photographic light?

Can't control it via an app? What were they thinking? All tube lights are controllable by an app
