Thanks for sharing. Like the effect and with the embossing powder finishes it off. After you picked up the tissue paper, I would of put another piece of cardstock down and picked up the ink that was left. My OCD. LOL Loved the cards you made in the beginning. Thanks again. 👍👍👍
This was an interesting technique. Using the tissue paper instead of paper gives a much softer background with some line detail from the rumpled tissue paper. I like the fine line embossed detail. It looks more created than standard smooshing of ink. The blue & pink sheet have almost a marble appearance. Well presented video.
Thank you so much Carole, I really really enjoyed watching you create those pretty panels for card’s this is a great idea. I’ve subscribed and given you a thumb’s up too. Please stay safe and well too ❤
This was really interesting...a technique I haven't done before. It reminds me of the napkin card technique. Thanks...I will give this a try....cheers from Ontario, Canada
Lovely video and clever technique. I’ve tried something similar using deli paper to transfer the spritzed re inkers and loved the results. I got rubbing over the high areas of the paper I used my Stayz on ink pads.
I like this! And your tutorial was really well done! I’m wondering how you would use that other piece (on the white paper) as a background piece differently than you used these as a background? thank you.!
I used stampin Up reinkers. Which is a water-based / dye Inc mixture I believe. Between the two choices You listed, I would say watercolors would be a better choice.
Hello Carole. I like your technique. I have to try it. Some people use other things like bubble wrap to give texture to their mixed media projects. It is really interesting and fun to me. When I use it. I'll tag you on Instagram. 😊Thank you

You can punch or die cut some circles from the one you don't like...instant Earth! 😁🌎🌌
I've been hesitant to use them in a punch, die cuts though!
Was your watercolor product refills for ink pads or liquid watercolors? TFS! I Appreciate you sharing a new technique!
Stampin' Up! Ink Pad refills
Do you think it would work with alcohol inks ? Very pretty
Can one use India ink for this? 🌷
no, you need a water based ink
Can watered down acrylic paints or watercolors?
I used stampin Up reinkers. Which is a water-based / dye Inc mixture I believe. Between the two choices You listed, I would say watercolors would be a better choice.
curious..what inks or water colors (brands) did you use?

Thank you so much!
What size are the cardstock you are using for these pieces?
Could have put paper under the wax paper, and paper on the ink left on the wax paper and get lots of prints.
I did😊
