I love Phoenix so much that I watched on the plane to Dubai even though the sound track was broken. It was so great I watched it again on the way home, even though the sound track still didn’t work. The beautiful relationship between the two actors glowed off the screen, didn’t need words.
I love hanging out with kids rather than the adults, I just loved watching it, I think I will watch it again this weekend. It should get the nomination even though I don't care about Oscar, I mean Mike did it perfectly, he created something that worth watching again and again.
Bah! The Oscars is not _worth_ this movie. I would hate to see it defiled by being nominated on that degenerate, shallow award show. I deserves an award, but the Oscar is beneath it.
They did that by making everyone poor (except those in charge) leaving everyone to live in misery. The West continued to try to make everyone rich, while not succeeding they raised the living standards of the poor in trying.

The conquistadors justified so much slaughter because they observed the Indians/indigenous people to not have the same binary gender characteristics nor the same so-called heterosexuality so they slaughtered them and indigenous people haven’t forgotten this! If indigenous people didn’t have same binary gender metanarrative that the colonizers had, it did not entitle the colonizer to slaughter them for it and then mock their identity that’s just trying to shed the linguistic colonization with the binary of Spanish. Colonialism is so evil and if you don’t point out where it is the structure we are doomed!

The kid is a very natural actor and seems to be just reacting in real time, as if it's all improvised.
And that perfect american accent as a British actor. Never seen a child act so smoothly in dialog.
