I’ve came back not only for Eddie but the comments. The shoe game I’d have to say is tight and agree with a majority of people. The use of home improvement tools make me want to go to my neighborhood Home Depot.
Kidding aside I know that chiropractors are very beneficial when I get lower back pain. Once in a while I will go for minor adjustments. Great video follow up. Great to see Eddie getting better.

He should find out who did it, and sue them for liable. I thoroughly enjoy watching his videos, and I hope it does not stop doing them. It would be a great shame, to let one little nobody person, ruining it for everybody else. Whomever reported these false accusations, should be ashamed of themselves, and go get a life. Yeah, stretching the hip flexors are going to help this guy a lot! Too much arch is his lower back caused by his pelvis tipping forward due to tight hip flexors. Are a while of having a hyperextended spine you start getting impingements and disc damage. This causes muscles to spasm as a defence mechanism for the spine.
Flexibility is key.

It’s 530 am and I’ve been up for hours. I can’t sleep from the pain running down my right leg. I have 2100mg in me with a patch on my right butt cheek. Still uncomfortable. My pain is on this guy status. I need to have this done ASAP.
