    December 2019, I stepped out of my truck and instantly landed to the ground. Tried to stand but couldn't due to the back pain. Went to the ER and was diagnosed w/ sciatic nerve. Anyone living with low back pain daily, I have much respect. I was in the bed totaling a week before I could stand even with prescribed meds.

    • @Bradygoat6390
      @Bradygoat6390 4 года назад +6

      It's literally the worst. Been dealing with it for 13 years. Finally giving in and scheduling a chiropractor appointment this week. I was hit by a car when I was 16 but what blew my back out was just cleaning out my car and bent over to get the floor mats and something popped in my back and I was stuck on the ground for 10 min and it took me like 3 min to sit down in the car and drive home. Lower back pain is no joke!
