  • Today, I'm diving into the world of portable power with the AllPowers S300 288Wh Solar Generator Kit and its companion, the SP027 100W Solar Panel. As a gear enthusiast, I've tested quite a few power stations for charging my drone, RC gear, and camera batteries when I'm out and about. When ALLPOWERS reached out and offered me a peek at their S300, I was intrigued, especially considering the features it boasts at this price point.
In this video, I take a close look at the S300 power station, explore its unique features, and put it to the test in the great outdoors. The 288Wh capacity promises to keep your devices juiced up, and what's even more exciting is the inclusion of the SP027 100W portable solar panel in this kit. I'll be checking out its efficiency in harnessing solar power to keep you charged up even when off the grid.
And here's the cherry on top-the whole package is currently on sale and comes with a generous 2-year warranty. Is it too good to be true? Let's find out.

Thank you for the video. I just put in an order for one of these after having taken advantage of some good deals from Allpowers. I previously purchased two of the S2000 Pro power stations, and one feature that they provide is an uninterrupted power supply. Does the more modest S300 provide this feature? Thanks and cheers!

How well has it held up to regular use? Assuming they let you keep it.
I’ve had problems with one of their older units that died in 3 weeks(completely dead) and they ghosted me through support channels. Amazon eventually refunded it at least.
I’m hopeful they have better quality control and customer service since 2020.

I've been using mine regularly for the past 2 months, and I'm happy to report that it's been performing reliably without any issues. The build quality and battery life have held up well under regular use, which is reassuring given the problems you mentioned with yours.
The solar panel has been a bit useless during the UK winter, but that’s not their fault. It’s cold, dark and wet most days at the moment.
I understand your concerns about the customer support and quality control from your past experience. While I haven't needed to use their customer service for this unit, I share your hope that AllPowers has improved in these areas since 2020. Consumer feedback like yours is invaluable for companies to enhance their service and product quality.
I'll keep updating on the performance of the S300 and any interactions with AllPowers support if needed. Let's stay optimistic that their products and services continue to improve.

That's a nice power station. I like Allpowers. It's small and light because it uses the older battery chemistry. Lithium Ion. Not the never Lithium Ion Phosphate.(LFP). The newer LFP batteries are not as power dense as the older Ion batteries so they are a bit heavier and take up more space. The good thing is that LFP batteries are safer and last much longer and many more charge cycles.
The S 300 is still a great choice because of the value price. You will well get your money's worth out of it. Allpowers make nice solar panels as well that are priced right.

I totally agree. I only came across ALLPOWERS gear a few months ago, and I'm really impressed. The power to size ratio of the S300 makes it so useable on a daily basis.

That's really annoying. I've found ALLPOWERS support in the UK very helpful, but no idea if it's the same in other territories. It may just be a loose connection inside. Keep me posted.
