    Possible workout for a future video. 10 one min sets of work/flow with 30 seconds rest in between. Followed by 100 kb swings divided into however many reps. The catch? 30 mins or less.

    I'm new to this and trying them now. But how do you keep the ball from slammin' into your back real hard whey yo do that lunge movement?

      Hard to explain in the comments, but I'll try. You want to keep the straps in tension by pressing against the handles when the ball is moving up to regulate the resistance - so the ball "rolls" over your head and decelerates before it gets in contact your back rather than because of the contact with the back. Let me know if this makes any sense.
