"I am originally an oil painter. The pandemic caused my energy and emotions to go downhill. I had to come up with something and at least started walking a lot. And beyond that I started to see more and more things that I 'normally' wouldn't see. So what if..... One day, I took some things with me, took a chair, and got on the road and drew everything that I saw. That's how I started. This did not go unnoticed by the regional broadcaster Regio8. The interview was at an old monastery in the middle of my village. My sketches of my village "Didam" (Netherlands) are now also hanging in a local restaurant "De Eetkamer". So much fun to share this hobby and now addicted!"
