Your loft bedroom is the best I have seen. The landing is still on the top of the stairs so you can stand. Crawl into bed and you're reclining anyway. Very smart design.
Great bathroom vanity/sink with FULL DRAWER! very nice. I like all the windows for the beautiful view. In an RV Lot would be invasive ... Instead do high windows on the sides for privacy. Nice short, sweet, to the point video.
Beautiful home 1. If I were designing it I'd place the dishwasher closer to the sink 2. If you're designing for the handicapped elderly it'll need a place to hideaway their rollator walker LOVE the big windows, white walls and good to see a handrail.
It's a beautiful home; I personally wouldn't choose to live in the forest for many reasons, such as no nearby grocery store, post office, bank, hospital, etc. If you have an emergency there are no first responders close by. You've got wild animals, insects, etc. Something breaks, either try to fix it yourself or pay a maintenance professional to travel out there. Storms, trees falling over, mud, flooding.. if for some crazy reason you've got other people out there who find your place and want to break in there's no cop within miles to stop them. To me it would be more of a vacation cabin but not a place to live long-term.
I'm glad the rich are finding more ways to take up every speck of land so they can enjoy it with no anxiety. How much did it take to get this "rated" as an RV so that it could permanently occupy land that should be open for everyone? I noticed that people were buying up land around Mt. Hood, National Forest land that should be available for anyone in America to visit. Nice build, though.
Most all tiny houses built by tiny home manufacturers are RVIA certified, so it didn't take anything special to get the rating outside of the usual rules for RV/RVIA certification.
@@hrussell9677 , tried that. I don't mix well with office politics. I tend to call out bullshit and actually care about doing a good job. And mind you, office politics isn't just confined to the office. I worked factories, primarily, before getting college degree. Shit's got to change. Shit's going to change.

Build a barndominium. Much more affordable and most likely won’t have problems with building codes. Tiny homes are a huge rip off per sq ft. You are literally paying double over any other type of home build. I’m all for reducing your living space but who wants to pay double for a teeny tiny cramped space.
Trying to cover too many bases....tiny homes require fewer demands....lose the dishwasher, fewer sliding wall/closet combinations, smaller windows to allow for wall space & heating requirements, shower needs room for a small seat & grabbars, provide outdoor deck space with sittings areas. Where is electrical supply? Driveway access? Technical support is too extensive & expensive. Total cost for this must be 500,000.
I would rate this as one of the best tiny homes ever built 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Lovely home. Would be a much better tour without the repetitive music in the background.
Par for the course for mass produced influencer videos.

you should buy up the land and turn it into what you want.
Maybe you should get an education so you can get a better paying job.

If a man doesn't lead with his price, you know he wants to damned much.
Cheap, like all RV builds. You are better off doing a stick build.
