Today is Day 8 of the 30 Days of Leg Day At Home Without Equipment Program! No equipment is needed for this entire program. The workout of the day targets the legs, more specifically the calves. This is the next round of intensity and the intervals are set up as 40 seconds high intensity followed by 10 seconds rest and repeated for a 9 minute circuit. Exercises are randomly generated using my workout app Exerprise over the course of the 30 days to keep your training fresh and fun while the weeks are programmed with intensified volume and intervals to keep your training effective and progressive. This is how you can utilize randomization with progressive overload. 1 round will be an intense bodyweight workout and is all you need to do each day since each round we are increasing volume. Grow bigger legs at home with just your bodyweight. Get after Day 8 with this intense 9 minute bodyweight calf workout at home video!

Day 8 completed , this was one awesome workout I'm sweating alot , also I got 2 questions:
1 - How to punch more harder and get stronger in arm wrestling ??
2 - Will this 30day leg workout help me to run faster or just get stronger legs ???
The answer to your first question is: include explosive exercises in your training like, clapping pushups, burpees, box jumps, sprints, and work on your punching technique by doing boxing, mma, etc in case you don't.
For punching power practice if you do like 5 rounds a day on a heavy bag you will hava hard punch in no time but power is overated strong men dont win ufc fighters win same goes with boxing my advice join any boxing club or matial arts of any kind most people dont know how to defend a simple leg kick and they win fights
u will get stronger legs so your stability will improve
also ur legs will not sore at the same speed it does now.so ur feet will have more power

1. I actually have a video on how to punch harder with self defense expert Nick Drossos - ruclips.net/video/bBzMPtKEkXw/видео.html - for arm wrestling, one thing I’d recommend to focus on is rotator cuff strengthening.
2. Developing the legs in general will correlate to the potential of improved running. If you wanna run faster though, gotta practice actually running too. Check out my video on 5 exercises for explosive speed to help you run faster! - ruclips.net/video/U0FBlTfAvjU/видео.html
The arch of my feet is was feeling the most of this routine. Is that normal?

That can happen! Just make sure to actively squeeze the calves each rep to improve your mind muscle connection and also I recommend to stretch out afterward to relieve strain 👌🏻

Why is the bottom of my feet hurting the most?
That’s common with calf training especially when fatigued. Make sure each rep to actively squeeze your calves working on improving your mind muscle connection and also I recommend stretching afterward to help relieve strain 🤙🏻
