Excellent, Thank you for the kind words and great to see the classic Norton brand being promoted 😀.
thanks David, I was more than happy to feature you prominently in this video and promote the classic Nortons too. I think more TT fans should get themselves over to the island early during the TT festival to check out the Pre TT meeting too as they don’t know what they are missing! cheers
Arty bell had a motorcycle shop on the cregagh road in east Belfast. ,,my dad's uncle was a friend of his,, and raced an ajs7r himself,, Charles Gray was his name,,he was a photographer as his job ,, this video is amazing 😊 thanks for posting it and using the skills to put it together,,☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️ from northern Ireland
thanks for that message, I read a bit about Artie whilst doing this video and he really was at the very top of the the sport before he got injured in Belgium in spa and although he survived his career was over. he was really great for Norton and a big friend and business partner of Rex McCandless
Thanks Anthony
🔊🔊🔊👌 fantastic sound 👍

Excellent as usual Anthony, thank you once again. 👌🏻🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠
thank you and nice to hear from you again! i hope to keep you entertained throughout the year with a steady flow of new content. all the best
I remember when the Isle of Man Engineering Society presented the guest speaker John Brittain, who was at that time the international marketing Director of Norton, to make a presentation about the new Norton rotary racer, the place was packed at the Palace Hotel Conference room, and right out of the blue the person sitting in front of me ( Chris Siddeley Douglas Gas Co.) turned round to me and said : " You are giving the vote of thanks after he finishes!" As ordered , I duly stood up and proceeded to thank the guests for the presentation/ film show, and technical Q andA which followed, and was honoured to meet and greet some of the management team at Norton in those days. How little we knew about what would happen to Norton in the future.
thanks for that interesting anecdote, there are so many stories about Norton history, enough to fill many a book. through all its ups and down the Norton name seems to be in quite good hands now with the new owners and they seem very respectful of the history of the marque. cheers
WONDERFUL video ! 😮
