Focaccia with Green Onion

  • Tips:
    1. Put the topping and oil on the dough after the first proof but BEFORE creating dimples - this will prevent the topping from being burned.
    2. When proofing, try and find a warm spot (especially during the winter) - I used a warm oven.
    3. Try and let it cool before cutting through - this will help the flavors develop.
    *Change the video quality to 1080p for a better viewing experience. :)
    Ingredients:
    2 tsp sugar
    ¼ oz or 7 grams active dry yeast
    2.5 cups lukewarm water
    5 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tbsp kosher salt
    Olive oil
    Choice of topping (optional)
    Bake at 420°F or 215°C for 30 minutes or until golden

    You should add soft jazz piano music as background, I think it will improve your videos. Nice dish by the way, looks yummy

      Thanks for the tip! I try to only have the original sounds in the background because some people find added music annoying, but I will definitely try it out for one of my future videos.
