Love how it came out, so bright and clean. From a designer perspective the only thing i would change, it is overlooked all the time, is the drainage cap to match the shower hardware.

Our drainage cap system matches our tiles on the floor, that way you can hardly notice it but then our drainage system is different to how you have it over in the USA 🇺🇸. Happy Holidays from Queensland Australia 🇦🇺🎄🎄🧑🏻🎄
There just wasn’t a drain cover that matched our gold hardware correctly. We went with a unique gold matte gold color. It would have looked mismatched. I also think it blends really well with our floors and the gray grout. Doesn’t bother me at all, but I know what you mean🤷🏻♀️

I really like how you placed the tub on an angle to get more space around the shower and to fit the bigger tub in, but also, it add a point of interest in the design of the room, would never have thought of that. Also means the taps aren’t in front of the window but are still in the centre of the bath!

It's very pretty and fresh. The black and white is classic and the wood cabinets are a great contrast. The heated floors are my dream! Question - Is there a place for soap/shampoo etc. for the bathtub and the also in the shower? I agree I would have at least put a half wall between the toilet and tub but maybe there wasn't enough room. Overall, such a nice change.

I’m sure she said the floor was on a slope, that’s how ours is and no water comes out of the shower recess it all goes down the drain...Hope that helps answer your question as we’ve just done a bathroom renovation on both our bathrooms. Happy Holidays from Queensland Australia 🇦🇺🎄🎄🧑🏻🎄
Barely any at all actually!! The shower floor slightly slopes. I haven’t noticed any water outside of that area👍🏼

The tub toilet area seems quite odd but I guess there is only so much room. How do you get your towel when you’re in the shower? The towel holder is so far.

Hey Shea, your bathroom look AMAZING!! But since your bathroom is very open concept make sure that you put in some bath mats outside the shower & nonslip mats inside the shower so no one slips and falls.... Also question: if the shower drain clogged would the entire bathroom floor be flooded?
Beautiful bathroom. Love the way the shower is done. Saw that design, but we could not do it for our bathrooms. It definitely makes cleaning easier. I see the metals are mixed. We did the same with our bathrooms. We also used the same paint color Sherwin Williams Alabaster in our bathrooms. It's a beautiful slightly warm white color.
FYI, for bathroom renovation, it is okay to use quartz. For kitchen renovation, I would recommend quartzite NOT quartz as quartz is NOT heat resistant. Quartzite is a natural stone that has to be sealed. It is heat resistant.

I lived in Europe for a few years. They do their bathrooms as total wet rooms also. Great idea and so easy to clean. Great bathroom. Happy Holidays.
Oooh, I love the new bathroom! The tile floor and the bathtub are my faves. I like the idea of not having a walled in shower too as long as the floor is heated because I get very cold in the winter while taking a shower. I feel the heated floor would help keep the whole bathroom cozy warm. I would especially love the warm towel! I'm glad you love it - after all, it doesn't matter what we think, it's not our bathroom. LOL

Your bathroom is beautiful. And, so timely for me. My brother and I were just talking about how he wanted to redo his bathroom which is a lot like your old one. He wants to have a shower room too, and the glass wall would work so well in his space. I also love the soaking tub. Love how it came out. Enjoy!

Beautiful bathroom but the only thing about the heated towel rack is that it is on the opposite side from the shower, just not as convenient as right next to the shower.

We had a towel hook added to our newly renovated bathroom so that when you hop into the shower our towel is right there and no it doesn’t get wet Lol 😂 and we don’t have heated towel racks because I live in a warm climate all year round basically and we also had our thingy that you turn the water on just as you walk in so that you can regulate the water before getting under it, it was something our builder suggested and it’s a great idea for anyone that’s looking at doing a bathroom Reno. I love SW Alabaster! We painted the exterior of our house that color and we LOVE it! I get neighbors constantly telling me how much they like our house color choice...now I want to paint the interior the same color 👌🏻

Shower niches on the wall in the shower recess or I don’t know if you can get them in the USA 🇺🇸 but we have dispensers that hold our body wash, his shampoo and conditioner, I use the niches for all my products Lol 😂

Yay, it looks great! I like the mix of shapes and colors, theme. It's classy with a bit of country with the floating cabinet. And omg the heated elements are so smart! If I had the money I definitely would have went the extra mile for those additions. I am curious about the tub though, why did you position it the way you did. My instinct would be to have it parallel with the wall, but I kinda like the slant 🤔🤷♀️💕
I've got a topic that would be great for you to cover! A video about what heels ( footwear in general) that best suits your outfit... for example; standard black pumps, you can get them in numerous finishes (leather, faux leather, suede, that super shiny plastic look, and more).. but what finish do you wear during specific seasons or specific event you are going to? What finish is the most versatile? What finish gives off what sort of look?.... thought it would be a very helpful topic for many people!

Love the overall design, floor pattern, fixtures....until we hit the floating cabinet raw wood. Completely does not match the design elements in my opinion.
Aagreed! That's why choose reps instead of those authentic. Reps got the same function and outlook of those in official store, even better quality. But the price is only 100-200 bucks. God knows how much can those luxury bag company earn for each bag. I advise to grab one from hqreps.com cheap and reliable.
Absolutely agree! These cabinets look completely off. I would go with white ones. Or at least they should’ve been an uniform wooden color. Everything else is great.

@@margaritapetrova3427 No way, adding a white cabinet to a predominantly white bathroom would make it look cold and sterile. You need some wood/natural elements to bring it all together. I think they've done an awesome job with balancing the cool and warm tones in this space, nothing is overdone so it flows nicely. The only thing that stuck out to me was the shower drain plate

Heated flooring is beyond common in Denmark. Sometimes that is the way homes are heated. So it is always warm and cozy when you walk barefoot. Love them.
Heated floors are rare in the US. We lived in Germany for three years and we had them, loved them so much. When we came back to the States and built a home I knew we needed to have heated floors. My cats love them the most. 😉

I like the slanted tub, this was all done in very good taste. With a few more plants it will look like a peaceful oasis. If those beautiful black trimmed mirrors were round the bathroom would look very art deco with that lovely floor pattern, that would have been lovely too but I can see how timeless and elegant it is this way.

In the original design, we did have a glass wall there. But once we saw everything in person, we changed our minds. I AM SO GLAD WE DIDN’T PUT IT IN!! It would have totally cut the bathroom off and made it smaller than it already is...but just our opinion! :)
I love it! In France we call a shower with a sloping floor like that an "Italien" shower. We have the same sort of shower screen. The lady who sold us the house advised me to use a squigy to take off the water droplets everytime the shower is used - my husband has even got into the habit and it looks so good two years later.

Javier Duran you are right! The tub is very disturbing on that angle. It should be straight. If the tub was placed on that angle to save space, it is clear to rather choose an other tub model that is smaller. Or make a smaller shower.
Weird...I actually LOVE it at an angle! It’s so pretty and I love the focal point. But to each their own!! Good thing it’s my bathroom :)

I see that in us you use not to have tiles all around all the walls, that's why you point it out, in Europe we use to tile ALL the walls in the bathrooms, easier to clean.
