favorite bodybuilding video, i watch this and "bodybuilding is our life" everyday like three times before i go to the gym. it makes me wanna workout all day everyday.
Body building is all about dedication, hard work and mental toughness as opposed to some people who think it is easy and can be built using steroids. this is what motivates me to lift weights.
It's all about the gym, i don't think there is a greater feeling then lifting some heavy ass weights and just becoming how you want, the mind set you need and everything is amazing, i love it. As a few people have said BB for life.

Maybe its just me, but personally i uploaded this video to my ipod, so everytime i wanna get pumped up and get those last sets i listen to this. and honestly i just really love videos like this. my workouts are so much more intense and i just concentrate alot more. thank you for such a great amazing and i know i speak for many people here, "Very Inspirational video."
