I can not express how much this video means to me. I have been watching this video probably since it came out in 2011, and it got me into bodybuilding. Now it’s 2019 and although I do not bodybuild anymore when I start feeling mentally down and feel stuck in a unhealthy cycle of bad habits. I watch this video and listen to these great men and it just get me back on the straight an narrow. I appreciate that there’s a playlist posted at bodybuilding inspiration because every time I look up this video I type that and I’m prepared to search through 8 years of videos to find it. But luckily this playlist saves me each time.
When I was 16 I watch this video gave me such strength and motivation I am 26 now still watching it every day! Push forward everyone bodybuilding for life!
"just think behind how u wanna look, just think behind how u wanna look!" Kevine Levrone watching this video since 2011 and now we are here in 2017 , bodybuilding till i die
Kinda hurts watching this since all my 3-4 year hard work is now below 0 due economical and health problems. Those where the days, watching this before going to gym , pusshing that extra 2 times, doing something thats unreal now :/ BB for ever guys! well atleast in my heart.
bad times dont last forever ,so never give up ,i my self have faced eco problems which was keeping me away from doing what i was boen to do.you will surely get back into the gym again.remember we are bodybuilders and bodybuilders never quit
Somethimes when in doubt or when I'm asking myself why I do this everyday I get reminded why when I hear this music playing and I see all these strong characters working their hearts out and believing in the dream. Thanks Zhasni!
I remember stumbling upon this video at just 16 years old. I would watch it every day before going to the gym. Here I am at 23 years old watching it again unable to do any weight lifting due to a shoulder injury :( this vid was what got me into bodybuilding 😔
I'm coming back to training and this video 4 years after doing my rotator cuff in, didn't train the whole time due to depression n shit. But this has been my favorite video since I was 20 - I'm 29 now. Stay strong brother!
We literally have the same story. I feel you on this man. I haven't been able to train for 5 years now. Came back to watch this, it honestly makes me wish the person i used to be. Not so much physically, but the discipline and determination i used to have.
Ben Hernandez seems like so many of us are on the same boat, I feel like during us underdogs trained the hardest in the gym, I watched all the Zhasni videos when they would come out, I was around 22-23 training the hardest I ever have in my life, and watching these it’s a flashback to what just felt like yesterday, but I have lost EVERYTHING now, I just started training again and it’s a slow road to recovery for my scapula. Let us train and bring the glory days back brother, teach these youngins how it’s really done!
I VAskov thanks man I don’t know why I’m just now seeing this lol. I’ve been in the gym here and there since posting this but it’s just not the same. Hope all is well!

11 years ago, when I was 16 and in high school, I used to take the tram to the gym. On the way to the gym, I always watched to this video and it was deeply etched in my memory. After 11 years, I can still remember very well the feelings I had. I always get goosebumbs and a blissful feeling. Its that feeling when you know you are passionate about something. My going to the gym is still going on, I always find time to work out. Now I am competing in powerlifting and I managed to win regional competition and I am going for more wins. Who knows if this video is responsible for this kind passion of mine. Amazing!
those other vids have been ripped too and been reposted...just like this. The original version of this vid had about 10m views as i recall when i first saw it in 2012

I once made a poster saying "I will one day become an IFBB professional bodybuilder". I made it when I was 15. I sold my house at 23. My brother posted photos of my old room, but forgot to take down the photo. He posted it on imgur, and someone commented "Did your brother ever become a pro bodybuilder?". I saw it, and cried. I never achieved my dream.
