Blood donation I don't think counts as flipping 1 pound into more since you're basically selling something you already own. It's like me doing a challenge how much I can turn 1 pound into and then selling my car .

Simon doing a cleaning job is also technically against the rules too. Maybe the series should just be called ‘Make as much money as possible and get £1 spending money at the start!’
It doesn't really matter, it's about starting off with a pound and making as much as possible. What can you really invest in with only a pound to make money? Toba invested in research
