i always go to supermarket to buy japanese cheesecake which is not cheap.

I’ve made this over the weekend and it turned out PERFECT. It really is a cake like no other...it reminds me of a subtly sweet and very airy version of egg tart, without tasting too eggy yet tangy lol. My family LOVED it. I’m making it again for thanksgiving potluck!

I made this cheesecake twice and its so heavenly its like eating a cloud . Only difference is i like it cold .
I made it today. I followed the recipe and instructions and it turned out pretty good (even the texture was quite spot on). I would alter the amount of salt though. Thanks Laura! 💞
