It's easy to criticize Abraham and Sarah for laughing at God's promise. He knows EVERYTHING. Why would they laugh?!
But are we doing the same thing?
Maybe under your breath you let out a little snicker at a particular promise God made?
If God made you a promise, Why Did You Laugh?

Amen!!!!!! Many of us do laugh and aren’t watching the signs. It’s not a game people. Even athletes practice to be on their game. We as Christians must exercise our belief with faith, read and digest the word, witness and love others.....when the horn blows we must be ready as athletes are ready.

I thank God for you Pastor. I have a plan. I plan to present all these messages ( Jesus in all the bible theme) as Sabbath school programs. Pray that I would be able to summarize it and still get the message across as you did. Still can't listen to one of your sermons in one go. Hi Pastor. Please clarify something for me. Are you saying that Rebekah is symbolized as the Holy Spirit? Because you said that Rebekah was the helper.
That's right Donna! Rebekah as the "Holy Spirit", Esau as "Jesus", Isaac as the Lord, Jacob as "the sinner", us the fallen ones. Then Jacob has the hands of his brother, Esau (Jesus sacrifice) and he goes away... Then Jacob becomes "Jesus" and Esau the "fallen sinner".
Who were the two messengers that Pastor Myers spoke of in relation to the French Revolution?
They were the old and new testaments, the written word of God. They witness for God.

I dont understand who are the two witnesses pastor... who are they in Rev 11? Why bible use the symbolic of the two olive trees and two lampstands? PLEASE 😇
The two witnesses are the old and the new testament. In Rev 11 you can see how France through the French Revolution tried to "kill" this two witnesses declaring that God does not exist (and putting that in their Constitution). Let's smash the infam, they were yelling, regarding Jesus Christ. This movement took place for 3 and 1/2 years.
The two olive trees and the two candles are also representing the old and the new testament.

Pastor, is Genesis 3:15 not the first ever Prophecy that being spoken by God? Second was when Enoch prophesied not only about the second coming but also the coming of the flood. Enoch named his son Methuselah and if we'll decode this name it tells us that in the year he dies there would be outpouring. And if we will calculate the year he died, it was the end of Noah's 120 years of warning.
Pastor, don't feel that I am invalidating everything you said just because of it. I love your messages and I know that you really speak in the power of the Holy Spirit. May the LORD bless you and everyone who's around you. Please pray for me because though I've seen how merciful God is, I still keep on disappointing Him. Though I know in my heart that I love Him and I want to please Him, my actions show otherwise.
@@ceekatexxvii You are right. Genesis 3:15 is the first prophecy. In reference to Gen 6, it is the first "time" prophecy of the Bible. 120 years are given for the preaching of the gospel.

I notice he skipped the bit where the Lord & his 2 angels eat the bread, butter, and milk, and the calf (Genesis 18:5-8) showing us what Gods true idea of what our diet should be. It's so strange that we SDA Christians take so much of the bible & follow it but when it come to what we eat we refuse to follow what the Bible says following instead the pagan practice of denying eating clean meat & animal products as God shows us we should do. Sad that we refuse to follow Gods word in how we eat & yet claim we are doing it for health reasons. Does God know how his creation fuctions? Does God know what his creation needs so it can fuction best? Of Course He does He's the one that designed us, & yet we insult God by telling him we know best as to what is healthiest for our bodies. We should ask ourselves are we going to follow Gods word or mans opinion? Personally I go with Gods word every time & the word of God shows us that Gods true Biblical diet for people is a diet of - clean meat, animal products (for example milk, butter, cheese, honey, eggs), fruit, vege, nuts/grains & bread.
Another example is what Isaac wanted to eat before his death.
If you need the books, chapters & verses that show what the Bible actually tells us about what God truely wants us to eat I'm happy to provide the over 47 examples from the Bible that shows this fact.
Another example is Genesis:
Genesis 1:28-30 KJV And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. (29) And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. (30) And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
It is the first diet given to man.
@@buggy1121 Yup very true God did give us those things to eat 1st while we were in Eden, also of note is that while in Eden Adam & Eve were both naked, so didn't wear clothes.
Genesis 2:25 (KJV)
"25 And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed."
Which was also Gods original plan for us. But we don't see or hear fellow SDAs promoting nudity in our current lives do we. After sin entered the world God had to adapt the original plan to the new situation humans had put themselves in, which meant they needed clothes because their bodies could no longer deal with the elements as they once did & also, when it was time & mans bodies had degraded to a certain point, God gave us clean meats because we needed it to fuction correctly in our fallen form. This was never changed through out the entire Bible after it was giving by God for us to eat, just as wearing clothes has never been changed. God promoted & even exemplified the eating of clean meats to us, even giving it to his people & his prophet Elijah. There is so much in the Bible that tells us that after Eden, before heaven & while we are still living fallen sinfilled lives God wants us to eat clean meat that it's hard to deny unless you ignore everything the Bible actually says on the subject. The Bible even goes so far as to warn us against those people during the end times that promote not eating clean meat as those that will leave the faith & follow doctrines of devils (1 Tim 4:1-5 ), it even calls those that don't eat clean meats "weak in the faith" (Romans 14:1-4). I don't say these things as a judgement but to show the Bible truth so that those that don't know what God really wants can know & change to align to what the Bible tells us to do. The Bible is clear on what we should be eating while we wait for Jesus to return & that includes clean meats. ;) bless ya mate =)
