I am divorced and remarried. Do not ever give up. Keep going. Please don’t listen to ppl everyone is different. I wish you all the happiness and success you deserve.

Your rambling series is honestly my favorite of all your content. Im so glad to see you starting to take your happiness into your own hands this past few years.
Try doing what you like. One of the biggest problems with your channel was the constant negativity. Just do what you like doing and people will come back. They were mainly here for you and not the video format
I am probably not one of your usual viewers; I’m female, widowed and 54 years old. The only video game I ever played was Pac-Man and it was the original Pac-Man. I am definitely not a gamer. That being said I do watch your gamer videos but most of that I don’t understand; I just like giving you the view count. I have been watching your channel for two years and I’ve been watching it mainly for your personal videos as they speak to many things that have happened or are happening in my life. As a Canadian and a female I find your Francis videos occasionally funny but mostly, as I am an extremely polite person, I find them a little bit cringe worthy. They are the videos I watch least often. However, every time a notification comes out for your channel I watch the video. I like your content and I will love it if you do future content where you are traveling. Still here after two years...
Sorry for your loss. I think is great that you play Ms. Pac Man. My wife never got into video games until she played tetris then I bought her Peggle 2 and lost her forever. Great comment by the way.
Variety is the spice of life, Don't get permanently stuck in the 1980's way of life and thinking just because you were born around it. You should try "Wisecrack" its youtube channel. if you like hearing this guy talk
7:29 Boulder, Colorado? I live there! Downtown Pearl Street is probably the best place to hang out (food/shops/etc.) Hope you enjoy the town, and maybe we'll run into each other.
Divorce from a long term partner is like a death. You never fully recover and people who say otherwise haven’t been through it and hope they never have to.
Depends on the circumstances. I've been through it and CAN say otherwise. I've recovered and am happier than before. It wasn't my choice (Like Boogie) but I'm now in a much better place.
The500k - You realise marriage doesn’t necessarily change the relationship? You get to have the wedding, but other than legal stuff and the subconscious idea that marriage instantly changes your relationship, nothing is really different depending on how things are before your marriage.
@@TigerBears11I'm talking about the legal stuff etc. It's easier to separate if you just live together, you never know what will happen, marriage doesn't mean being together forever, better to just give unconditional love and help each other grow and happy and if it doesn't work, then just go separate ways in a peaceful way.
At a marriage group, the speaker had us take two jars of Play-Doh... he had each of us take it out and play with it to make it softer and then had us combine the Play-Doh and play with it. He showed us how some of it would combine to make new colors but some was still there... Then he told us to take and separate the two colors. That shows what divorce is. You will never be able to separate the colors completely no matter how hard you try or how much time you take. Also they will never be equal again. Some will have gotten lost in the other. Was really good and really eye-opening. As far as content.... make what videos make YOU happy. If you don't then you will just get burnt out and we will lose you.
I was privileged enough to meet him at retroplazoona a few weeks ago. Needless to say he was so nice and a real joy to converse with, I hope you get to meet him someday too!
I pretty much only watch these rambling vlogs. I'm not a fan of Francis. Travel vlogs sound like fun. :) I'd probably watch those too, I watched the ones where you were traveling this summer.
totally agree with you, I think it's amazing to watch him talk about all these stuff. I sometimes watch a Francis video but I do make sure to watch all the rambling videos
After not watching a lot of RUclips for a year or two, I’ve just stumbled across this video and my god has he changed! So happy for him and keep going :)
I met you through a South American RUclipsr called DrossRotzank who always called you his favourite RUclipsr and i love the guy and the way he is so i gave your channel a try since i knew english and here i am a year or two later.
And truly i respect you and your fence sitting like everyone says, also i don't think that any of your opinions are stupid as you called them, i think those are your opinions and that's it, even if sometimes i may not agree with them... I've seen a lot of stuff on the internet and i'm sure theres still more to see obviously, and i've heard a ton of different people and i taught myself to try and respect others opinions and not hate because of them... You can always try to make other people change their minds peacefully though ;)
My ex left me because I had a mental breakdown after my sister took her own life. She stuck with me until she could no longer emotionally handle it. She was my best friend and the love of my life. I admire, love, respect, and miss her so much! Today it will be three years since we separated. I broke down and sobbed for hours. I know I need to move on but It is still so painful. Thank you Boogie for always talking about serious issues. I love you my friend.
She left you over that!?!. Wow. She sounds like some freak. Did she have emotions? How can any human NOT be upset. Hope one of her family members wont off their self.
Steve hang in there. It takes a while to heal since you lost two people. If you can Get some therapy or group therapy it helps a lot. It does get better.
That sucks man. I'm going through something very similar. After I left the military and started to relearn the normal life stuff. I kinda went though a depressed stage that felt very aimless. My wife ended up cheating on me and then decided to move out. I tried going to a marriage counseling thing with her. Needless to say I was the one blamed. I got told that if I wanted to continue the relationship, I would have to "pursue" her and make her feel loved. After I got cheated on. After she moved out. Because she wanted attention while I was going through depression. Still married as of right now. I feel pretty melancholy just about everyday. Just going through the routine of work and everyday life without my partner. I can say for sure I understand. I hope you start to heal man. You're not alone.
I like the Boogie rambling videos. I like your opinions. I like your lifestyle and health videos. I dont do Frances ( I used to live with HIM!!!!! lol) . and i am not a gamer. so just Boogie, the person is good enough for me. blessings as you go forward xxx love from Scotland
For a man divorce is a financial life or death situation. The woman has every single advantage in divorce court even if the man is found to be completely in the right. Boogie should be thankful that there were no kids involved. With that said it's now over for Bookie in the courts eyes but as he said the lingering effects of the divorce will be with him for awhile longer.
My mom and stepdad just went through divorce and I can tell you, a lot of things went to his favour. She was left in financial ruin because she trusted him enough to not sign a marriage prenup. So the house, car, everything which was hers (she bought it before meeting him) was now split 50/50 because she had no proof that she had bought them. They also borrowed money as a couple to renovate their house, but this was never put on paper, and all he did was claim in divorce court that he never borrowed the money and so he was let off the hook, leaving my mom with a huge financial burden. I could go on, he lied his way through and cheated my mom for so much of her money it's unbelievable. I want to add that he earns much more money than my mom. I know that women are most times in favor when it comes to the children, this is absolutely correct. All I wanted was to make a statement that women coming out on top after divorce court is not always true. Just wanted to put that fact out there. He went on to marry the 20 year younger girl he had an affair with, using all the money that wasn't even his to buy a house with the new girl, while my mom had to rent an apartment. She was financially stable before she married him, now she's financially ruined because she was naive and he could afford the best divorce laywer in the city. Just wanted to tell this story so you know that divorce can absolutely be a financial death situation for women as well in some cases. The world is not black and white. People get screwed over no matter their gender.
You should do fitness videos. Your transformation is something to be proud of. We’d all like to see your diet/fitness regime. It would also inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle. Not to mention it should help keep you motivated as well.
Hi boogie, my first long term girlfriend broke up with me today, it was 3 years we were together. I just want to say your old videos on depression got me out of a dark place many years ago amd you give me hope and inspiration. I loved her so much but I realize sonetimes things just happen.
Easier said than done, but you have to take it as a lesson and use what you’ve learned about what you like and dislike and use it to make the best version of yourself Then when that’s coming together, that’s when it’s time to be open to a new partner. I’ve only recently come out the other side from something very similar. Every day you go to sleep is another day you’ve survived. Strength with you man
I would love to hear your thoughts on the new Spyro trilogy game that's being released in November! I pre-ordered it cause Spyro was my childhood and I'm excited to relive that again. PS: love your rambling videos!
As someone who also has been through a divorce I didn't want I will tell you that it is as bad as losing your partner to death. It's not something that you usually get over overnight. It can take years to get over your spouse. I've heard as many as 10 years. It's hard to explain the pain to someone who has never been through it. All those nights you cried in your pillow Boogie and the feeling of rejection, guilt, doubt, shame, regret, anger I've felt. I've also asked myself a million times what could I have done different to make her stay. But it's never one person's fault.
my dad feels the same. he keeps telling me to ask my mom why she left him, this is after 15+ years, and I feel like shit... My dad literally hates his life...
Honestly, I don't know that anything is as bad as losing a partner to death. In the long term, it's easier to accept that a bad relationship or marriage failed for specific reasons (whether they're more about you or the other person) than it is to accept that someone you loved so intensely died in the middle of a relationship. All the possibilities, all the things you could have been together... it's rough in a very unique way.
Boogies lucky he at least got some closure. My partner and the love of my life ghosted me after 3 years together without warning or explanation. Been 6 months now and I still feel like absolute shit. I wouldn't say it's as bad as losing someone to death, but its a horrible feeling when the person you love didn't even care enough to tell you why or say goodbye before disappearing. Ah well, at least I can slowly drink myself to death.
I love watching the rambling, the vlogs, your day in the life content, and sometimes Francis. I am not a big fan of the gaming news, I occasionally watch your gaming content, but am always open for any new content.
Boogie I've only been watching you're videos for a few months now and I can whole heartedly say you are my favourite RUclipsr.. You've been through so much suffering and come out stronger from what I've gathered from your videos. Whenever I think I'm down I think of your videos and they just remind me that when I'm experiencing a low point in life there's always something good around, there's always support and it will get better! Love you my man
Tomorrow another day at school my friends created a funny game in every break I get punched in the face by all of them. But when I get home to my TWO girlfriends it is all good again. I am the RUclips Megastar. Thanks for listening dear Famous
The first Maxmoefoe travel vlog is up, and I have to say this is one of the best travel vlog vids I've seen. The editing is what sells it. I don't want to watch someones vacation footage like I'm being held captive at a neighbor's dinner party. Just show the highlights and do some supplementary voice-over with more info about things you learned later that were interesting. Good luck!
I think you should keep doing what you’re doing and being positive. I like hearing you talk. You are inspirational, man. Keep working out, keep doing you. Keep being yourself. I’d love to hear a podcast you could do about mental health. I’d love to hear more reviews, a lot of people respect your opinion. I’m just one voice, doubt you’ll read this, but thank you, Boogie.
Boogie, to think you were on the verge of death just a few years ago, look at you now! You're a completely different person than you used to be. Your heaviest was 600 and now you're almost half that, you're a trooper man!
Traveling, Vlogs, and Podcasts are what I would love to see. Podcasting about movies, games, or even life would be amazing! Vlogs of traveling or even just being at home and hanging out would be awesome!!
Love the idea of a travel vlog series Boogie! I tried vlogging for ages until I found my feet in walking vlogs. Now I want to start travelling more and making that kind of content! I think a series like that for you would be epic as you've had so many years confined at home, that seeing the world will help your mental health no ends! It helped my mental health & confidence! I can't help but keep thinking of the next time I will travel. Keep these rambling videos too! They're awesome!
In Arkansas, ...when you get divorced, ...your ex-wife is no longer your split personality's sister. But you still lose half..........of your bodyweight.
You're seriously awesome man. Do us all a favor and don't stop making content, ever. With my busy schedule working in IT + being a single dad, I've fallen off RUclips a bit and keeping up with my favorite creators. However, I always make it a point, at least once a week, to catch up on your videos. Thank you for making awesome content!
It's hard to say what I do and don't watch, because it's almost always dependent on the content of the video, not the series itself. However, I do watch most every Francis, and about every single rambling. I also watch maybe half of the Gaming News videos when it's over something that interests me, though sometimes I only watch that segment. Not the biggest vlog fan, though. I'd watch most of them, just not regularly.
Honestly, I don't watch the francis videos at all. Just not my taste. I like watching your gaming news and rambling videos. Keep doing the content you enjoy, boogie.
Agree on the "is it worth it?" question. I recently broke up too, after being together for a year but it was my first relationship after 5 years of being single, so I got deeply involved. Although it wasn't a divorce, we had plans of moving in together, traveling, we were getting a house ready together, planning kids together, etc. But things happen, when it was over we remained friends and she says, "at least I only made you waste a year", to which I answered I didn't waste any of my time. Of course it's going to hurt but people forget it hurts because of how good it was. You can't spend your life afraid of getting hurt, otherwise you wouldn't do anything with it. You won't travel because you're afraid you'll have an accident, you won't fall in love because you're afraid it'll be over eventually. The better something makes you feel while it's happening, the worse it's gonna feel if it ends; but that's juts how things are, and it doesn't undermine their validity.
@first last That wasn't a personal opinion, it was his retelling of what happened with his moral outcome on it. That's not telling anyone how to live their lives.
first last Well it's fucking reality, even for mr. "first last". If you don't care, you forget quickly. And now figure it out the other way around, Einstein. You ever earned like 20K without effort? Let me teach you one thing kid, you'll spend it in 5 days. It's the exact same thing.
Glad that you're recovering :) To answer your question, I'd say 1. Rambling 2. Gaming News 3. Francis (have to be in the right mood to watch, but the new stuff has been great.) 4. IRL stuff. (Enjoyed what you've posted so far).
Hey Boogie, I don't usually comment but I just wanted to give you a little hope you give to so many others. I went through a divorce in 2010 and I swore up and down I would never get married again. That all changed when I met the woman I finally married on this past Saturday. Things will get better brother. Just hang in there, continue to be yourself, and the right person will come along. I hope you find the unconditional love that I finally found. Best of luck to you and keep being awesome.
Most people never learn - I saw the whole wife and family brainwashing at 15 and swore I would never marry or have kids. That was 38 years ago.... The best thing I never did...!!!!!
It appears you can not do simple mathematics - 15 plus 38 = 53 Who says I'm alone? I date more woman now than I ever did. Attractive highly educated woman are a dime a dozen.
Eh look on the bright side, you’re a free man who does not have to worry about a partner’s needs, etc. Just means more quiet nights alone playing games and making content, like me! I need to get out more...
Your rambling videos are the only ones I watch. I think a travel vlog would be awesome. Get a change of background. Hope you come to Disney World, it’s in my backyard! But word of advice. Best time to come is January/February. Not too hot or humid.
You’re amazing man. You’ve always had so much passion and a good heart. I’ve followed you since I was 12 and I’m 22 now lol. Don’t ever go anywhere bud. You have true dedicated fans here 🤗

1) I used to binge your card pack openings with commentary. Do more of those. 2) I love your movie reviews, but don't do a movie review with those other two dudes. I didn't like their perspectives on film.
Could you make a divorce playlist? I have some people who would benefit a lot from you and your journey and it would be a lot easier to find them. Thank you so much! You are an amazing person and I love you! I’m so happy you are doing better! You are awesome!
I love your sit down videos like this. I don’t really like Francis though tbh. But I think that traveling videos like going to haunted houses is a fantastic idea!! That would be so much fun for you and for us to watch
Boogie I would never hold it against you about talking about your divorce. You need to talk about it and it will have moments of bringing it up for whatever reasons.
I'm likely in the minority of viewers but these rambling videos are my favourite. My least favourite videos are the unboxing videos. However I think it's important for you is to make the videos you want bud. I will be watching :)
Love you man ! Keep up the great work, been watching you for years now since I believe 2012/2013 and I’ll admit at first I watched your videos for the Francis rage uploads but I’ve noticed although I still enjoy those videos very much I’ve grown to enjoy these type of videos where you just sit down and talk about life 🙂
My ex and i got separated around May of last year and divorced beginning of Feb of this year. Being 23 and going through a divorce was that hardest thing ive ever had to go through. But now around 8 months later ive honestly never been at a better place. I think after something like this happens its all about how you take the punches. i picture a rocky movie and how after every punishing blow he gets back up and keeps fighting. I can honestly say that i am ready to get married again, life is to short to let someone who has nothing to do with you any longer to determine what you do. Be happy! Stay Strong. I cant wait for the travel videos!!!
you'll understand one day lil boi. youre right i was dumb for getting married at 21., but im wiser and im older. i figured out what i want in life and i am who i will be for the rest of my life, idiot.
It took me 4 years after my divorce to get my head back on and to find who I was as an independent person. Stay strong My dudes and Dudettes. Divorce isn't "The End" It's just a new chapter is the book of life.
Hi Boogie, this is coming from one of your quieter followers, but I'm happy you have found a place in your life where you have a new sound sense of freedom and possibility. From what I can understand it has been pretty difficult from the emotional point of view, let along from the other stresses and nuances of a marriage. I guess I'm just writing to say congratulations in some regard, and for the melancholy, this represents a new part of your life. Live it up!

You sound like a really cool and sweet person. Your funny too. God bless you
Variety is the spice of life, Don't get permanently stuck in the 1980's way of life and thinking just because you were born around it. You should try "Wisecrack" its youtube channel. if you like hearing this guy talk

You remain positive
Thank you for that
Divorce from a long term partner is like a death. You never fully recover and people who say otherwise haven’t been through it and hope they never have to.
Depends on the circumstances. I've been through it and CAN say otherwise. I've recovered and am happier than before. It wasn't my choice (Like Boogie) but I'm now in a much better place.
That's why I'm thinking if I should ever marry, even though I really want that kind of relationship..
The500k - You realise marriage doesn’t necessarily change the relationship? You get to have the wedding, but other than legal stuff and the subconscious idea that marriage instantly changes your relationship, nothing is really different depending on how things are before your marriage.
dude, you drive a car even if you can have an accident. If you really love somebody and want to spend your life with this special one, marry him/her.

My parents’ divorce was so bitter that I can’t invite both of them to my wedding. Good for you for being more adult about it.
I really enjoyed your vlogs and feeling like you brought us along with you.. Love the rambling videos, all the movie and game reviews.
I would love to meet you someday

Francis created boogie lol. How do you not like him?
totally agree with you, I think it's amazing to watch him talk about all these stuff.
Mira wey no soy el único

If you can
Get some therapy or group therapy it helps a lot.
@@onixmortes She sounds like a narcissistic sociopath.

I can't stand Frances 😑
I only watch these "rambling" type videos too.
For a man divorce is a financial life or death situation. The woman has every single advantage in divorce court even if the man is found to be completely in the right. Boogie should be thankful that there were no kids involved. With that said it's now over for Bookie in the courts eyes but as he said the lingering effects of the divorce will be with him for awhile longer.
gluesniffer2 are you a meninst
rachel he is a realist
ty some people can't handle facts :)
gluesniffer2 Women just don't give a shit about men and men's suffering and they don't want to hear it and will shame you any way they can.
I subbed for Francis, but I enjoy the other videos as well. I am absolutely LOVING Friday Francis

Sorry man, I know exactly how you feel.
bet shes with a new guy within a week
Hope you’re okay dude. Stay strong
Same boat my friend been with mine for 3 and known her for 5 its like losing your bestfriend
Easier said than done, but you have to take it as a lesson and use what you’ve learned about what you like and dislike and use it to make the best version of yourself
Then when that’s coming together, that’s when it’s time to be open to a new partner.

Francis Goes to Disney World!
I've heard that the average is about 1/2 of the length of the relationship to completely get over it, assuming that it is a serious relationship.
my dad feels the same. he keeps telling me to ask my mom why she left him, this is after 15+ years, and I feel like shit... My dad literally hates his life...
I heard that when you sleep you sleep :(
Honestly, I don't know that anything is as bad as losing a partner to death.
Always cheerin’ you on Boogie! Hope you’re having a warm holiday season ♥️

The beginning of boogies downfall was here.
Good luck!
5Detective ya it’s the extra info max adds that makes it good.

I love to watch your rambling videos. I would enjoy watching any videos of you getting out there and choosing joy, adventure and new experiences.
That thumbnail is savage
Yup
It's hard to say what I do and don't watch, because it's almost always dependent on the content of the video, not the series itself. However, I do watch most every Francis, and about every single rambling. I also watch maybe half of the Gaming News videos when it's over something that interests me, though sometimes I only watch that segment.
Not the biggest vlog fan, though. I'd watch most of them, just not regularly.
Honestly, I don't watch the francis videos at all. Just not my taste. I like watching your gaming news and rambling videos. Keep doing the content you enjoy, boogie.
The start of his huge downfall
I'd love to see travel vlogs Boogie! :) That would be so fun to watch!
Ramblings are by far my favorite but a travel blog sounds like a great idea!
That's not telling anyone how to live their lives.
first last
Well it's fucking reality, even for mr. "first last". If you don't care, you forget quickly. And now figure it out the other way around, Einstein. You ever earned like 20K without effort? Let me teach you one thing kid, you'll spend it in 5 days. It's the exact same thing.
Glad that you're recovering :)

3. Francis (have to be in the right mood to watch, but the new stuff has been great.)
4. IRL stuff. (Enjoyed what you've posted so far).
Hey Boogie, I don't usually comment but I just wanted to give you a little hope you give to so many others. I went through a divorce in 2010 and I swore up and down I would never get married again. I hope you find the unconditional love that I finally found. Best of luck to you and keep being awesome.

Hi Boogie, this is coming from one of your quieter followers, but I'm happy you have found a place in your life where you have a new sound sense of freedom and possibility. From what I can understand it has been pretty difficult from the emotional point of view, let along from the other stresses and nuances of a marriage.
