Ingredients:
Beetroot- 750g
Spices- 50g each
Sugar- 1+1/4 kg
*Instant Dried Yeast-1/2 tsp(Use 1 tsp, if active dry yeast after proofing)
Water- 3L
Orange- 1 No, medium
Lemon-2 Nos, small
Whole wheat- a handful
Note:
Proofing yeast: In a small bowl, add little luke warm beet juice mixture and 1 tsp active dry yeast. Mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, this mixture will rise and frothy, add it to rest of beetroot juice mixture. This is to ensure that yeast is active and good for fermentation process
