Yeah, Andy Reid is SO good that he coached for 19 years across 2 different teams and only made 1 super bowl appearance (and lost) before Mahomes. He even had better teams than the Chiefs team that won its 1st SB with Mahomes at QB but Reid still could not "scheme" up a SB appearance let alone a victory.
To his credit Reid like Dak Prescott is good enough to give you a winning regular season with a playoff appearance but you are likely to lose in round 1 or 2, and will definitely NOT make it to the SB and win.
Mahomes can elevate an organization (Coaches, and Team) and make them SB winners (assuming he has something to work with) without needing a team of All-Pro players (like the 49ers), or an elite squad of wide receivers (Bengals, Dolphins), or genius coach (Chiefs).

well idk if you could've thrown that because of why the play happened. As great as kelce is, he is amplified even more with mahomes and the threat of mahomes getting out of the pocket and creating something out of nothing is the reason why toney and moore were wide open. I think mahomes now has a fear factor that changes the complexity of opponents playcalling just because they dont know what to expect, that and also the brilliant mind of andy reid.

I’ve seen Patrick Mahomes rally the Chiefs so many times in his 6 year career. I saw him do against the Texans: down 24, the Titans down 10, the Niners down 10, the Eagles down ten. All got the same result a Chiefs win. 10 point defeict is nothing to Mahomes and Andy Reid. I was never worried in this game at all whatsoever.

These questions are kind of funny because you can’t have one without the other: If Andy were not a gifted QB guru, Patrick would be a backup somewhere because Andy knew how to use his skills. On the other hand, if Patrick didn’t come along, Andy would still be making good QBs better than they should be. It takes a lot of things.

First off, you overrated the Eagles. Yes, the stats show they did this and that all year. But you need to understand and watch the game to know how meaningful those stats really are. Not saying Philly wasn't a good team, obviously in the top few in the league. But we're talking SB. They had a cake walk to get there. And then obviously Andy Reid exploited all their weaknesses and owned the Philly D. that second half. Good blocking upfront against the supposed best rushing d line and Mahomes stepping up and through the pocket as good quarterbacks will do. Mahomes two runs were big. But the Eagles front seven have proven weak against the run throughout the year. Quick hitters, short passes taking the D line out of it. 4 passes in a row to JJ nothing more than a few yards quick hitters. Just exploited the obvious weaknesses of that defense. But there was nothing exceptional about Mahomes in this one, throws that any decent NFL qb makes any day of the week. Simple took the easy stuff Philly offered that other teams have taken advantage. The difference is KC was in the game, so they didn't have to take those deep drops to try and get back in it. They could mix it up, quick hitters, screens, lots of runs.
The reason the Eagles had good defensive stats over the course of the season is mostly because their offense controlled almost every game they played. When the other teams run 10 fewer plays, have to throw to catch up, makes it easy for a defense and your stats are going much better than they are. They always played from in front, the D line could put their ears back, etc., didn't have to worry about the run, which is one of their obvious weaknesses. Short passes, screens, they had no answer at all. Playing on turf helps that Philly defense as well. On real grass not as effective. Put them on grass and without a lead against a competent offense and they have gaping holes. NOT ONE SINGLE STOP THAT SECOND HALF! You saw KC average over 6 yards per carry and receivers wide open 10 yards down field for easy pitch and catches from Mahomes.
p.s. In 95% of the plays that second half, Mahomes went to his first option. That's good coaching and poor defense.

chiefs offensive line was #1 in pass block win rate and #3 in run block win rate the entire season, but for some reason the eagles offensive line kept getting overrated to discredit jalen hurts. eagles pass block win rate was #12 in the league. jalen hurts has been dogged despite being such a good dude and completely outplaying mahomes in the super bowl. he was throwing tight window dimes while mahomes was throwing to wide open dudes + YAC thanks to andy reid's schemes. jalen hurts has always been the one who has had to do more with less, and it showed in the super bowl (including the ref help that mahomes got).

#1 wr for 4 years. A bottom 15 defense his entire career, 4 wrs that wouldn't start on most teams in the NFL, no running game except for this year.
      Let's compare qbs.
Tom Brady, top 5 d every year he won a sb, one of the greatest coaches of all time, multiple hof receivers/hof te, great run game most of his career, cheating, a rich wife to pay his way so he can take pay cuts.
Burrow. Top 11-9 d, best receiving core in the NFL, great running back, awesome d coordinator.
Allen. Top 5 d every year, 2 top 15 receivers, great defensive coordinator, easy division.
Sounds like every QB has some advantages.
