I mean, Acho made a great point for once. They just went back to back and they had an extremely young team with not a bunch of weapons. Like seriously they have went to four Super Bowls in six years and never lost earlier than overtime in the AFC championship. If they can win in their rebuilding years, so to speak, especially with that young defense and young players, then that is extremely scary for the rest of the league. The Chiefs are just fortunate enough to be in the AFC west for the past 8 seasons. Of all their opponents, none of them except for the Chargers have had a winning record more than once(twice) in that period. So getting a free pass to the playoffs every year is a shoe in towards the superbowl, since you really don’t have much title competition in AFC since Brady left. If I was a fan of the AFC, it would be pitiful for the past two decades.

Bills can definitely beat them but they need to fire whoever is in charge of injuries, strength & conditioning, and rehab because until the Bills go into a game not missing their defensive stars they're going to keep losing close games considering Andy is the better coach. Bengals beat the Chiefs after they had a OT slobber knocker that was mentally taxing and probably the best post season game ever and now Joe is more injury prone, a little older, Mixons older, they wont have all these star WR's, cap is going to be worse. If they had another year of the same structure I'd say the Bengals but for now the Bills still seem like the best choice until someone else at least shows they can compete with the Chiefs.

Alot of these teams have more elite "individuals" but the Chiefs have a few of the Elite of the Elite and great coaches placing a good supporting cast around them.

I mean, Acho made a great point for once. They just went back to back and they had an extremely young team with not a bunch of weapons. Like seriously they have went to four Super Bowls in six years and never lost earlier than overtime in the AFC championship. If they can win in their rebuilding years, so to speak, especially with that young defense and young players, then that is extremely scary for the rest of the league. They could and probably should rattle off one next year and maybe the year after that. They also haven’t been luckiest with injury, but they still make it work and win. This year they lost their left guard who is an all pro the last couple of weeks and still won.. not to mention they’re starting defensive end. This is scary for the league because the end is not in sight.

The Chiefs are just fortunate enough to be in the AFC west for the past 8 seasons. Of all their opponents, none of them except for the Chargers have had a winning record more than once(twice) in that period. So getting a free pass to the playoffs every year is a shoe in towards the superbowl, since you really don’t have much title competition in AFC since Brady left. If I was a fan of the AFC, it would be pitiful for the past two decades.

Also, just comparing this first act of Mahomes career to Brady's first decade, a lot of what the Chiefs are accomplishing is due to Mahomes, while back in the 2000s, it was really Belichick's defenses doing most of the heavy lifting. There's no way the Pats win that first SB if their defense doesn't stop the greatest show on turf. Brady was a game manager back then.

While everyone knows what happened vs the Eagles. The NFL knows exactly what the teams strong points and weak points are. Mediocre O-line vs the best D-line in the NFL. Not one holding call in two games. Eagles outplayed KC for the majority of 3 quarters and got robbed at the end. Same situation in the 49er wins. Whats even more interesting is how KC is always the underdog, and these games set records in Vegas year after year. Follow the $$$$$ it ain’t about the sport anymore. Pure entertainment and thats business as usual for the NFL.

I have been a chief man in the entirety 35 years of my life. I remember a very long period of time where I just wish that we could win one playoff game. Because every time we made it to the playoffs Peyton Manning would beat us in the first game, it was always the Cults Harry's I never truly expected us to make it to a Super Bowl in my lifetime and now in my lifetime the Chiefs have made it to four Super Bowls and 3 victories. In the regular season when the Bills are healthy they beat them then every year then in the postseason they're missing some variation of Poyer, Hyde, Milano, Miller, Tre White, Gabe Davis etc and they then get bounced in a close game where they give up 30+ points when the offense shows up but the defense can't stop anything. Bills can definitely beat them but they need to fire whoever is in charge of injuries, strength & conditioning, and rehab because until the Bills go into a game not missing their defensive stars they're going to keep losing close games considering Andy is the better coach. Bengals beat the Chiefs after they had a OT slobber knocker that was mentally taxing and probably the best post season game ever and now Joe is more injury prone, a little older, Mixons older, they wont have all these star WR's, cap is going to be worse. If they had another year of the same structure I'd say the Bengals but for now the Bills still seem like the best choice until someone else at least shows they can compete with the Chiefs.
