after a year (or so) of using these pants- how do they function in the hot environment? pardon the question, but aren't your balls sweating a lot in them? their composition (2/3 poly and 1/3 cotton) doesn't sound too good to be honest. and they are tad too expensive to buy a couple of them and decide by myself. thanks in advance!
@@simongrushka983 they have zippers on the upper thighs near the croch region and just above the knees and has some sort of mesh behind it. Allows for air flow. I used to use crye precision combat pants but those zippers were literally what had me make the switch. Spent 6 years in the US Army and God I wish I had those pants when I was in the desert.
Recently transitioned from crye precision clothing to UF Pro. Crye got some competition. Plus you guys sending out the orders super fast vs a company that prioritizes DOD contracts and leave you waiting is also a plus. Never get rid of the air flow zippers. Swamp ass is real!
Lol ... yeah the militaries have been training at the highest cadence possible. but training for what? are they taking out all of the known muslim training facilities? nope. they're training for what they're calling "civil unrest" .... get your head out of the sand brother.

Why upon the extraction of the person an extractor is occupying his hand with a rifle instead of a pistol? What woulb be extractors actions in case of an enemy presenting itself/themselves? Is extractor carrying the person expecter to react to minimal threats by its team mates?
Why do they make 90 degree turns while advancing in the forest (7:41 - 7:43) with GPS and not using natural paths (which would be less „geometric“)? Is it just to „hide“ the intended direction of travel? Is there a special term for this technique of movement?
There is actually, it's called deception. It essentially makes it so that whoever's tracking you takes slightly longer. Probably won't stop them but will give you about 10-15 extra minutes Although in this case, it looks like it's just a graphic they did that they decided looks cool
sorry for being the worst person in the comments section but your enemy would never reveal themselves like they do in the video. this operation was much too easy. i hate how they portray the enemy like they are really as dumb as running out in the open to scan the field or stand infront of a window casually while troops clear the rooms behind. it bugs me a little bit but great video none the less.
@Jonathan Hernandez they could get lazy, they might get bored sitting in their positions. Could be some guys trained how to fight but no discipline to constantly improve their position.. Maybe they have no sandbags or not enough food/calories to dig. Maybe they think they are very safe deep in their territory because they dont expect a HAHO insertion.

@@Ryu_Hayabusa you understand that HAHO allows soldiers to deploy on other borders so they can drop and glide across without the risk of their aircraft being targeted? That’s the whole point of HAHO buddy
@@thebra9738 , of course. But it’s not magic. The plane is still being tracked. The enemy will know about paratroopers presence. And they are vulnerable in the air. You can’t just blindly use one tactic everywhere, however good it may be in theory or even in some practical situations. And never underestimate your enemy.
