thanks for the tip- I've got some wraps that need a final coat to smooth out the patterned threadwork underneath. is it necessary to scuff the existing layers? what happens if you don't?

I only scuff the top layer of it has been more than 3 days since the last coat - usually cures by then. Does this answer your question Chris?
