I did the choco challenge which is comparable to the one chip. It hurt my tummy. I would suggest eating dairy products afterwards.

Don't do it. the heat goes away but the pain in your stomach is not something to mess with. The videos rarely show them after a couple hours. Something goes down inside your stomach I can't explain. Like a mad scientist mixing all of the weirdest shit together.

My exact thought I hated his choice of parking spot. Happens too so many state troopers
I am currently paralyzed from the waist down living in frequent debilitating nerve pain from parking off of the side of the road. Cant trust anyone to not be distracted by their cell phone even if you are clearly visible it just takes a few seconds of distraction.
I was wondering the same thing, why he chose there to park rather than a safer spot.
It's a pretty common area people stop at. Good views of Duluth, pretty safe there as people expect cars there
i agree a complete stupid place to fix a damn burger...go to a parking lot, forest, rest area....not sure of the logic on that one
SHUs work kinda like ABV so they don't really add up that way. The Scoville level gets diluted as you add other ingredients, i.e. the other ingredients of the meal, most of which were fatty, which also dilutes heat in the mouth, which is why milk works. The spiciest thing in that meal was definitely the Thai chilies, not the cheeses. I suspect you'll be surprised by the One Chip Challenge, and I look forward to it. xD
Pretty much what I wanted to say.😃 I’m also not sure SHU is cumulative like that. I don’t think you add them up. I feel like whatever the hottest item, is the hottest it gets. I do know different peppers hot different parts of your mouth and some are sleepers, so that could affect it.

Dude just watching you park on the side of the road like that is freaking me the hell out . I know someone who died doing just that. Granted, it was at night when he was hit but ffs don’t do it anyway. You never know if someone is distracted, drunk or whatever.

I recommend the one chip challenge. Or get the "last dab sauce". I've done both and those are really hot. Buy chocolate milk for the one chip challenge, you'll need it. I couldn't go 1 minute without drinking milk. By the way, I think they don't put much pepper in that cheese so that way it probably gets all that flavor, but not dying from it lol
