This was so inspiring. I really admire this guy with his charisma, energy, positivity and immense drive. I hope so much to develop these qualities in myself. I’ve gotten myself in a large mud hole in many ways the last 5 years with walls that seem to just crumble when I try to climb out. I’m done living this way being so negative and stuck. I’m going to start doing what I need to do TODAY by building a bleeping brick staircase out of this mud and getting myself back to who I used to be and keep going stronger than before. I do have an “Alice” too! From day one I chose her as the “test” client who no matter what I would follow up religiously and apply everything I had learned even when I was not feeling like doing so.
This is a client that was 2 hours late!! To our first rental appointment.
At the beginning disappeared for a couple of months. Made me show her tons of properties. But I just kept going no matter what.
And HEY! Guess what? After years of staying in contact they now are one of the most loyal customers I have, we have closed multiple deals together AND they have been a GREAT source of referrals for my business.
Oh, and keep in mind that one of her closest friends is also a real estate agent like me. In Miami...

As a realtor myself. This video is awesome! I watch it at least once a week as well as his google talk.
I’m successful in sales, and I own a million dollar company. But, Ryan Sarvant being successful *is not surprising at all* . It’s pretty natural to become successful when you’re 6’3, very good looking, have a full head of hair, AND have intelligence on top of it
If I could find somebody that looked like Ryan does genetically, and badly needed a job, I would do everything in my power to make them work for me because I know they would be successful as a sales person for my company. They wouldn’t even have to try
With that said, imagine being 5’7, bald, and average looking. THAT is difficult to sell. And yet I’ve succeeded in spite of that. THAT is hard. But, oddly enough, we as humans enjoy success stories of beautiful people who inevitably would achieve it
With all that said, he still worked his a*ss off, and that’s necessary

Great speech Ryan, what I got is that, we're already doing it. A lot of us are so bogged down with the moment. When you write a book or make a show, you're fortunate to self reflect a lot, reminding what you've done, connecting dots to personal events that tell incredible life stories. So as you're talking, or as I'm reading your book I get to remember what I've done. And, for a second it feels good. I've often been encouraged to write a book. Heck, if I copy and paste all the comments I've made on RUclips, I'm 3/4ths completed.🤣🤣🤣

I'm 22, while my friends are struggling with their degrees I'm fighting to start my own real estate business in Madrid, as I'm tired of being working for paychecks as a real estate employee (for a couple of years).
After I had sold my first apartment, I completely fell in love with real estate, I study every day to know everything about our world to help my clients get what they need, so I'm sometimes thought to be a lawyer or a tax consultant despite my age.
In Spain my mindset is not very common, as Robert Kiyosaki says, people are taught to be employees, not businessmen.
This means almost nobody is encouraging me to fight for my own success.
But after watching this video I know I'll make it work 💪🏻

Also I've studied laws and investing related to real estate, as negotiation, sales, psicolgy, Non verbal comunication and whatnot ...
I'm not earning much yet, but I'm starting to develop as a freelancer.
