Haven't seen this interpretation commented on yet so I will stop lurking to throw it on out here. I don't think this song is about someone with a victim mentality, rather I think it's about how they're surrounded by people who gaslight them about the trauma they've gone through. And even when they fill those unpleasant memories with false ones, their heart still feels heavy and they have no idea why. But they still keep trying to abide by what other people are telling them, becoming more sparatic and nonsensical as a result. At first it's more of a frustration and sorrow that nobody is believing them, saying they're just remembering it wrong, but then they're destructively trying to get themselves to believe that too but it's not working. It reminds me a lot of religious congregations, and how they can end up defending their leader even when a victim comes forward, typically not believing them and causing even more abuse. Although I don't listen to a lot of these guys' music, it does seem to have a lot of cult/religious theming from what I have seen. And so this kind of situation happening to the protagonist would make sense. It would also explain the blank things that go missing who I assume are people and fellow victims, "One by one we were thrown into an empty universe". In otherwords, kicked out or gaslit where they have to live with these new fabricated events instead of the horrors that went down.
I'm glad to find this comment because I too was thinking this- as the mentality of someone who's been through trauma and has these feelings bubble up all the time. My distrust for people caused me to do things I regret all the time, and it causes this spiral of distrust for even yourself, the very survival mechanism that was keeping you alive in the first place.
I love this analyzation because I had something similar happen to me about my sister always telling me she didn’t do something that hurt me or traumatize me and I had nobody to help me because my mom would always say I was probably being bad and I wasn’t doing good as a child. No wonder I tried to end my life
I Really like how differently the song uses the famous beats from breakcores to sound more melodic! And about the lyrics for me it can be about Victim Complex, this song feels like someone deep down keeps thinking sarcastically '' I always wrong and everyone is right'' but keeps a Persona to please people and make itself look better for others, that's why there is lines talking about how the past was better because such things werent necessary, But in the end everyone has faults, putting all the worries in your shoulder or putting in someone elses is...Sad.

At first i was honestly against this theory, but after thinking about it, if you change the tone of the first two lines i can understand the interpretation. Like theyre sarcastically saying, "oh im alllways wrong. Everyone else around me apparently knows more about me then me." Until they look at themselves in the mirror and see that maybe what people were telling them was true so then they try to deny it. Them saying at the end theyre mind is messed up could be the combo of them admitting the heavy truth while also still denying there might be something truly off. Theres lines where they say its just an error in their brain like theyre trying to make things seem like its not truly a big deal, but the negative feelings wont go away, but they refuse to seek out any real help and continue to deny and spiral
Im right now in the bathroom relistening to this song and writing a more fully fleshed out thing, but here are more… fully fleshed thoughts? In the intro, the distorted figure is themselves. I believe that the figure is made up of their own belief, the belief that they are a negative person and can’t do anything right. It’s like a realization of noticing that maybe you’re the reason why everything isn’t good, it’s because you yourself aren’t a good person. I want to add on how the intro is very glitchy sounding, possibly representing their mindset at the moment. The mindset that it is their fault no matter what and they are a horrible person, but then the song goes into a more calming melody. I want to believe that in 0:39 to 0:51 is them convincing themselves that everything that is wrong is all in their head, that this is just some make belief they made up, but if it was make belief, what’s up with this heavy feeling? The feeling of negative emotions? If it isn’t real, then why does it hurt? Right away after this part, the song glitches and goes back to it’s original glitch break melody. This section I believe is a clutter of thoughts of it’s all in my head and I’m only making stuff worse. Their discomfort is just a false lie that their brain made up, the past was beautiful and good and not hurtful to them. Around 1:15, the song goes to a strange eery calming melody with the glitches still happening, eventually fading to a calm yet spooky melody. In my opinion, this might represent of how they’re trying to transition their mindset into a more positive better feeling, trying to tell themselves it’s alright… but the feeling just won’t leave them alone. It’s like they know they’re supposed to be happy, but they just can’t bring themselves to be. I believe the lyrics “eventually, ___ disappeared and ____ was gone to” is supposed to represent of how people will leave when you yourself aren’t a good person. They’re trying to make their life better, they will start putting negative stuff into a more positive light. Like how even the torn up bloodied bird is still somehow singing fantasies and melodies, even though it is hurt. This “positive mindset” stays for a while, but it’s like you can still feel the feeling. Around 2:48, once again we can see that this feeling is going to overtake them. The beat slowly dropping, as if we are expecting it to come. And once again we go into the glitchy break melody, talking about how it is their fault and there’s completely nothing wrong. I want to add that this really does remind me of depression, the low self esteem, the “nothing is wrong so why am I so sad?” and this whole melody is eery. Anyways, hope this more fleshed out analysis is better than my first one. (My teacher is so gonna yell at me for how long I took in the bathroom)

My thoughts: At the start of the song, "the people around me are always correct, that is the unmistakable truth, i am always wrong", already says that the denial happened a long time ago, around when they were small children, and when they start to ask questions about the tabued situation, they were forsed to believe that what they seen and feel, is a lie, just a fantasy that they imagined. The next few phrases, "skipping around the circuit, i wandered into a dimly lit room, a distorted figure depicted in terrifying colors, is that me...?", are about walking through all that chaos of laughable misinformation, that is coloring the victim's perseption of their self like they're the ones who did bad, not who caused the problem, and when they look into a mirror, they only see a monster. Next is the denial that they feel nauseating, feel scared, feel bad at whatever happened, and the glitching happened, meaning that the memories about it got overwritten, and like mantra telling themselfes that they just imagined it, that what they seen, think and feel - is wrong. Then goes the dark part of the song, "eventually, ****** disappeared, and before long, ####### was gone too, one by one, we were thrown into an empty universe" says about people they know died from suicide or getting murdered by someone everyone fears; "but i'm not lonely, i just have to fill everything with falsehoods, look, even the torn blue bird is singing fantasies" says about the lie they have made to believe, when they see a body of who's story they knew by heart, won't continue anymore, and get to be hidden by everyone. The "without knowing it, i was lost in a daydream, strange reality doesn't exist anywhere, but why does my heart feel so heavy?" means that they fully forget about all that, but what they feel and endured, can't disappear with a puff, so the glitching happens again, the mantra repeats, but continues with "if distorted memories surface, i should stomp them down and kill them all, even if something appears dirty to me, it's only because there's something wrong with my mind", meaning that the denial turned into a destructive form, erasing all the memories that shows what truly happened, and everything that is logically cruel and damaging, are now considered as normal and respectful, just because everyone says so. Explanations: I'm saying "they" as any of main characters, as well as possible real people, who endured something similar. Because even if that didn't happen in history, can happen in the future, ancient people won't write about it after all. And it's still a theory, so if creators says that what I written is false, the fellings and the possibilities are still true. I’m the person who tried to make a theory on that other video and to say the least, this one confuses me, one thing I find interesting as noted by another comment the subtitles for Spanish are masc, so this could be someone else other than schach, but who? There are not many male characters in this story unless this is someone entirely different, which is what I believe. The censored names could be other characters in the series. The character in this song could represent us, actually. What if this is schach’s way of saying we aren’t getting something right
