    I have the stage 2 ecu tune with the tcu patch on my 2023 s5 it is definitely worth getting the tune. The tune has not given me any problems yet but hoping that they can crack the tcu soon.👍

    Great vid! I had these questions and wanted to know more (as a '23 Golf R owner). I have another question though, is it possible to find out the boot loader version from OBDeleven? I know you can get the software number/version, but I believe it's the boot loader version which will give either a thumbs up or a thumbs down from a tuner? It would be nice to know what I have

    Im not sure why car manufacturers dont allow ECU tunning or TCU tuning. If you think about it, it just means they dont have to pay for your engine if it blows up. Not saying it will happen but its just less warranty work they have to pay for. Maybe they do it because they dont want to invest in stronger internals and worry the reliability aspect would eventually make them look bad.

    Just to clarify using your setup on line, the TCU stage 1 will be free with the ECU tune purchase once the TCU stage 1 tune is ready to be released?

    • @034MotorsportUncut
      @034MotorsportUncut  6 месяцев назад +1

      The Stage 1 TCU is included automatically at no cost when you purchase Stage 1 ECU tuning. Once the later model TCUs are unlocked, you will automatically have access to the Stage 1 TCU tune to unlock full torque capabilities from the Engine and Transmission!

    Then why offer low torque settings if running it with the tcu stock is “fine”

    • @034MotorsportUncut
      @034MotorsportUncut  6 месяцев назад

      The low torque file is for those looking to maximize the life of their factory clutch.

    • @mhsucio6830

      @@034MotorsportUncut then by saying that, it’s not safe to run the file without the low torque settings with a stock tcu. When I have been told by your support there is no issue and it is safe. I’ve also notice horrible shifting or lag between 3rd n 4th. 1st gear and 2nd to 3rd will feel normal but from 3rd to 4th it will shift at like under 2k rpm n lag to gain rpm.

    I don’t really understand why car manufacturers try so hard to stop people from modifying their cars. As long as they are selling cars, why do they care?
