    1. Declutter
    2. Rest
    3. Have self-respect and set boundaries in relationships
    4. Incorporate typically feminine things into your life (and don't be afraid of what people might say)
    5. Identify your fears, triggers and goals

Setting boundaries really is important, especially for those of us in any kind of feminine caretaking roles. I’ve learned that boundaries genuinely do help everyone, not just the person setting them. ❤️ You cannot pour from an empty cup, etc.

I didn’t really feel at home in my skin until I turned 30. So if you are still young and working on yourself, don’t stress. It’ll come. My 20s were really my learning period and then 30 came (and now 33) and everything I learned about being a woman and ladylike just clicked. I thank my mom every day for teaching me to be classy and to behave with dignity. I didn’t appreciate it as a younger woman but now, I am soooo glad that I know how to conduct myself in a way that shows respect for myself, my husband and anyone else I encounter.

I’m a newlywed wife of two years, new mom, and homemaker and my glow up started right after I had my daughter (4 months ago). Now, four months later, I’m thriving as never before, and my femininity journey has become a fun and fruitful experience ever since. Caitlin, I’ve been learning from and inspired by your content for several years, even before I was good at any of this and everything seemed so foreign and overwhelming (or even inaccessible). I think of you as one of my best role models for femininity, along with my beloved grandmother. I’ve never commented on any videos before, but I want to share that I was recently told by a longtime friend of mine that I am the feminine role model in her life. It was one of the biggest compliments I ever could have received and I’m truly grateful to be able to tell you that I learned so much from you! My friend and I are both reflecting and collaborating on ways to raise our daughters in their femininity. My husband is in the Army on a nine month deployment and we will soon be together again as a family. ❤

This video comes at just the right time for me! I recently gained 20 pounds out of nowhere (no diet change, no difference in exercise or sleep) after working super hard to lose 80 pounds in the last two years. I'm still at an okay weight but I feel extremely uncomfortable and can barely look at myself in the mirror. I hope to lose weight again but I'm sure implementing some of your tips can help my mental state! I started a hair care routine last week which was a blessing. I do daily bible readings and praying has helped a ton. But having a Christian sister share tips is really the cherry on top. Love your advice!

@@maike4833 a few years back I gained around 30lbs seemingly out of thin air over the course of a year. I had only made one small diet change which was using regular pasta instead of wholegrain pasta (so I ate just a little more every time because the regular pasta is not as filing and not as rich in fibers) and that small change was enough to tip the scale for me.
So it might just be a tiny thing, but even 50kcal-100kcal extra each day can make you gain weight consistently.
Anyway, best of luck to you, you can do this! :)

Needed this today, even though I haven't even watched yet. Today we had no electric and I just wore old jean shorts and t-shirt. Definitely not feeling like I did a glow up today!

Loved this video! Would you be willing to talk about how you minimize stress in your life as a mom/wife? I have been feeling so stressed lately and I’ve simplified my life a lot but I’m not really sure what I’m doing wrong or if this amount of stress is normal if that makes sense! Lol

I am really interested in if you would make a video and talk about that really bad year you had before you were allowed to rest as a stay at home wife! It sounds like some tragic things happened and that grieving experience would be really relatable for me.

Just cuz a man says he’s a Christian doesn’t mean he won’t do wrong and he can get a pass! My mom was with a deacon and even had a child for him because he wanted a daughter. He ignored all the red flags because he was a Christian. He cheated and left for his mistress. Please make sure you don’t let religion blind you but help. But not blind!

I was curious about it too…Some places she talks about it is in her Postpartum Transformation video and then she shows some of her weight lifting routine about 33 min into her Cozy Autumn Days Vlog 28 video. Hope this helps! 😊

Thank you! I cover it in my postpartum video, but I would say watching my portions, going on daily walks and bike rides, and getting a lot of sleep. I have to eat consciously though because naturally I love pastries and cake 😂

I don’t know why being feminine hasn’t always resonated with me, which is funny because in highschool when the class was asked who had the most feminine features they pointed at me. And don’t get me wrong I love being a woman and I’ve started wearing makeup and found what works for me and I don’t mind wearing dresses to events and stuff. I can admit I look good in a dress sure. But I can’t wear dresses or skirts casually in my everyday style I don’t have a desire to and I always just kind of feel too masculine to be wearing dresses and heals and even when I do wear a dress it’s a more masculine style. Growing up I have always been a tomboy and I hated dresses it was just uncomfortable and too exposed for me. So I dunno I don’t feel super feminine and I am more comfortable being a slightly masculine woman that enjoys sports I also lift weights at the gym and have a more define athletic build my mom has teased the way I walk for years but I’ve never paid attention to it, I’m not graceful I’m tall and I’m strong and I’m ok with that. I’m creative and artistic and I enjoy experimenting with my fashion and I have a very alternative style I am still young and I’m figuring things out but I get mixed feelings watching this video. It kinda feels like I would need to change everything that I am in order to be more “feminine” 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey! You can still be feminine, from the inside out, even if you are a strong, body builder type woman. Little things like keeping your hair long, wearing a touch of makeup and presenting in a gentle caring way through your personality will still give the impression that you are feminine. My sister-in-law is a little like you, a strong woman that goes to gym and weight lifts etc. Some things that make her feminine is that she presents her house well (always clean), she loves natural things like essential oils, and she will still go for hair treatments for her bushy curly hair. Being strong and going to gym etc doesn't mean that you have to present as masculine
