I’m a newlywed wife of two years, new mom, and homemaker and my glow up started right after I had my daughter (4 months ago). Now, four months later, I’m thriving as never before, and my femininity journey has become a fun and fruitful experience ever since. Caitlin, I’ve been learning from and inspired by your content for several years, even before I was good at any of this and everything seemed so foreign and overwhelming (or even inaccessible). I think of you as one of my best role models for femininity, along with my beloved grandmother. I’ve never commented on any videos before, but I want to share that I was recently told by a longtime friend of mine that I am the feminine role model in her life. It was one of the biggest compliments I ever could have received and I’m truly grateful to be able to tell you that I learned so much from you! My friend and I are both reflecting and collaborating on ways to raise our daughters in their femininity. My husband is in the Army on a nine month deployment and we will soon be together again as a family. ❤

This video comes at just the right time for me! I recently gained 20 pounds out of nowhere (no diet change, no difference in exercise or sleep) after working super hard to lose 80 pounds in the last two years. I'm still at an okay weight but I feel extremely uncomfortable and can barely look at myself in the mirror. I hope to lose weight again but I'm sure implementing some of your tips can help my mental state! I started a hair care routine last week which was a blessing. I do daily bible readings and praying has helped a ton. But having a Christian sister share tips is really the cherry on top. Love your advice!
@@evelyne2891 thank you so much for looking out, I already have an appointment next week! I always gained weight quite easily (low metabolism in my family) but I agree that it's a bit much. Your comment is very sweet, thank you ☺️
@@maike4833 a few years back I gained around 30lbs seemingly out of thin air over the course of a year. I had only made one small diet change which was using regular pasta instead of wholegrain pasta (so I ate just a little more every time because the regular pasta is not as filing and not as rich in fibers) and that small change was enough to tip the scale for me. So it might just be a tiny thing, but even 50kcal-100kcal extra each day can make you gain weight consistently. Anyway, best of luck to you, you can do this! :)

It just Hit so many aspects of how to truly glow up in life!
Needed this today, even though I haven't even watched yet. Today we had no electric and I just wore old jean shorts and t-shirt. Definitely not feeling like I did a glow up today!
Loved this video! Would you be willing to talk about how you minimize stress in your life as a mom/wife? I have been feeling so stressed lately and I’ve simplified my life a lot but I’m not really sure what I’m doing wrong or if this amount of stress is normal if that makes sense! Lol
I am really interested in if you would make a video and talk about that really bad year you had before you were allowed to rest as a stay at home wife! It sounds like some tragic things happened and that grieving experience would be really relatable for me.
Does anyone have any recommendations on online shops for feminine clothing? I generally wear t shirt and jeans every day… looking to tap into my femininity!!
Just cuz a man says he’s a Christian doesn’t mean he won’t do wrong and he can get a pass! My mom was with a deacon and even had a child for him because he wanted a daughter. He ignored all the red flags because he was a Christian. He cheated and left for his mistress. Please make sure you don’t let religion blind you but help. But not blind!
I was curious about it too…Some places she talks about it is in her Postpartum Transformation video and then she shows some of her weight lifting routine about 33 min into her Cozy Autumn Days Vlog 28 video. Hope this helps! 😊
Thank you! I cover it in my postpartum video, but I would say watching my portions, going on daily walks and bike rides, and getting a lot of sleep. I have to eat consciously though because naturally I love pastries and cake 😂
Another fantastic video! I've been watching you for years, and your videos have always been a source of encouragement, learning, and fun. Thank you so much for all you do!
I don’t know why being feminine hasn’t always resonated with me, which is funny because in highschool when the class was asked who had the most feminine features they pointed at me. And don’t get me wrong I love being a woman and I’ve started wearing makeup and found what works for me and I don’t mind wearing dresses to events and stuff. I can admit I look good in a dress sure. But I can’t wear dresses or skirts casually in my everyday style I don’t have a desire to and I always just kind of feel too masculine to be wearing dresses and heals and even when I do wear a dress it’s a more masculine style. Growing up I have always been a tomboy and I hated dresses it was just uncomfortable and too exposed for me. So I dunno I don’t feel super feminine and I am more comfortable being a slightly masculine woman that enjoys sports I also lift weights at the gym and have a more define athletic build my mom has teased the way I walk for years but I’ve never paid attention to it, I’m not graceful I’m tall and I’m strong and I’m ok with that. I’m creative and artistic and I enjoy experimenting with my fashion and I have a very alternative style I am still young and I’m figuring things out but I get mixed feelings watching this video. It kinda feels like I would need to change everything that I am in order to be more “feminine” 🤷🏻♀️
Hey! You can still be feminine, from the inside out, even if you are a strong, body builder type woman. Little things like keeping your hair long, wearing a touch of makeup and presenting in a gentle caring way through your personality will still give the impression that you are feminine. My sister-in-law is a little like you, a strong woman that goes to gym and weight lifts etc. Some things that make her feminine is that she presents her house well (always clean), she loves natural things like essential oils, and she will still go for hair treatments for her bushy curly hair. Being strong and going to gym etc doesn't mean that you have to present as masculine
Such a fantastic video!!! You talked about certain concepts in topics that I never thought of before or forgot about or just needed to hear it emphasized again. Thank you so much for this video. It is so motivating and makes me want to start doing everything you just said!! I love your channel so much!! Please keep these amazing videos coming!! The time in nature is so good!! AHH I LOVE. Mother is feeding us!
My new favorite channel 😊
IN MY NEXT LIFE/HEAVEN I WISH TO BE A BEAUTIFUL, WHITE, HEALTHY, LOVED, PERFECT, WANTED, PRODUCTIVE, SUCCESSFUL, RICH, CAPABLE, HAPPY WOMAN LIKE YOU.
For the record, I love your haircut.
I live for the Lilysilk try-ons! Such classy beautiful clothing, and I enjoy to see the way you style the pieces.
Message I needed to hear today, at such a crossroads in my life ❤️
There's no flower fields near me.
This is unrelated but I loooove your longer videos❤This was like having a nice 1h talk with a good friend❤
Not to be so nosey but would love if you did a house tour or closet tour ❤️
LOVED this video, but then again, I love all your videos!
Second puberty I love it
Btw this haircut is SO good on you
I haven't even started watching, but the title is exciting! Ready to listen! ❤
Absolutely have been praying for being able to be more reserved, in a good way. I tend to be outspoken 😮
I think it’s fine to have a naturally boisterous personality. You can use it to cheerfully bring joy to a group or help quiet people out of their shells! I love sunshiney friends ❤❤❤
@MrsMidwest you are a blessing!
Great video- I love this content!
I wore a pink tennis shirt set while running errands and I received a lot of compliment and was asked “ why am I so dressed up?” Lol , I’m guessing pink is a feminine show stopper 🤣💖
Liked the video before even watching ❤ you're awesome Caitlin!
Thank you for the Video! Lots of love from Germany💕
Seems obvious but it's good for the soul to heart it out loud 🌟
These are so absolutely gorgeous on you :) also iv've been changing my style and slowly collecting new items for after postpartum and I loved the beginning introduction because you do have the nerves when you "change" anything in your life to your personality, values, beliefs, even your style of clothing...I always enjoy your video sis :) cant wait for another and missing a vlog...hope to see a fall one coming :) JUST LOVE THIS WHOLE VIDEO! It just Hit so many aspects of how to truly glow up in life!
Wow thank you babe!! You’re such a support to me!! Blessings to you and baby!!
I recently quit working outside of our home and it’s extremely different but healing! My husband especially has been loving it. Great video🩷
Thanks for a beautiful video! Also your hair is so shiny and gorgeous!
Needed this today, even though I haven't even watched yet. Today we had no electric and I just wore old jean shorts and t-shirt. Definitely not feeling like I did a glow up today!
So thankful for your videos! Your videos have healed me so much ❤
Loved this video! Would you be willing to talk about how you minimize stress in your life as a mom/wife? I have been feeling so stressed lately and I’ve simplified my life a lot but I’m not really sure what I’m doing wrong or if this amount of stress is normal if that makes sense! Lol
Such good advice about making sure you marry the right man! Thank you!❤
I am really interested in if you would make a video and talk about that really bad year you had before you were allowed to rest as a stay at home wife! It sounds like some tragic things happened and that grieving experience would be really relatable for me.
I loveeeeyour channel and content Caitlin , and your hair is beyond beautiful ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love the new makeup techniques and your content as always ✨️ 💕 😌 💗
Thank you so much sis~ I really appreciate this😢❤❤❤❤
Thank you for the content that was shared. I love the tips you gave ❤
This video was so so good and powerful thank you!
Does anyone have any recommendations on online shops for feminine clothing? I generally wear t shirt and jeans every day… looking to tap into my femininity!!
You look better without bangs
Just cuz a man says he’s a Christian doesn’t mean he won’t do wrong and he can get a pass! My mom was with a deacon and even had a child for him because he wanted a daughter. He ignored all the red flags because he was a Christian. He cheated and left for his mistress. Please make sure you don’t let religion blind you but help. But not blind!
Lovely, thoughtful, well out together video Caitlin
Could you please post about your workout routine especially as a mom of two. You look grougeous❤
It’s wild that someone complained about your haircut cause it’s literally my hair goals!
Your hair cut is very flattering, btw! 💕
@@littleczbear 🥹Thanks so much I appreciate it!
I fully support what you said about that!! Because now we have these amazing videos and nature helps me think too. Amen to God’s beautiful creation! 🙏🙌😁♥️
