Brilliant CNC Machining Techniques of the past year at TITANS of CNC on DN Solutions machines using Kennametal tooling. #Machining #Machinist #Engineering #cnc
I did not know there was a splining broach; I learn something every time. Jessie should do a collab with Linus from LTT dropping expensive things 🙂 That upper came out amazing, especially the internal details.
I am just realizing that you still use the imperial system to make all these machine settings. A system based on variables to do some basic measurements like the weight of witches, whether to burn them or not and for farmers and retailers to sell their groceries because there was nothing else. It is like the English driving right handed and have to use their left hand for the center controles settings, like a self created handicap. So I have even more respect for the nice things you are creating and showing us.
8:40 we had similar pockets in parts for asg ris (which should be generally casted). I assumed special t-slot mill. We had generally brainstorm whether these pocket should be casted or machined.
I appreciate what you guys did to machine this part. It was a difficult part, but why did you just reupload a shortened version of video you guys released months ago? Did you think that not enough people would notice? In that case you were right. However it still just rubs me the wrong way to just reupload something you guys already did. Do more creative stuff like the jade endmill that was really creative and interesting.
@@TITANSofCNC you guys are really awesome! I'm well past my prime, but I have shared a ton of your videos with my youngest son. Hope he will get the hint!
Dear Sir ! If you don't mind can I ask you a question that how can I will reach in your factory for training and in your country if there is training college of CNC machines which gives training for students and sponsor the Visa process.i have a knowledge of CNC programming And CNC turning machine .And I want further training in your country because in Balouchistan there is no training center.Kindly can you tell me about the training institute which can sponsor Visa and gives the training of CNC machines..@@TITANSofCNC
12:00 I did almost the exact same thing but the even bigger problem was that it wasnt even a nice part that I made... I was just admiring the insane work of one of my coworkers I've never been more embarassed at work than that and never been as sorry - I was able to fix the dents but GOD DAMN I hated myself
I’m a simple man. I see a part of the AK-50, I click.
That's exactly why I didn't even get to read what the video was about, and why I'm here, too.
Crunk need ak fiddy!
LOVE love watching and learning about stuff these guys do. Big PLUS for doing AK-50 part!
💜
Me too
The part drop and kick at the end.....priceless.........I've dug a few parts out of the chip bin after using the tab function....😂
Happens with me most of the times 😂😂😂
Happens to the best of us.

Thanks for the video. At the end of the video, I laughed heartily, especially when you kicked the finished product.

Inspiring. Thanks!
Can't wait for those to be available.
I hope you have a very thick wallet 😁
@@phillhuddleston9445 I don't think it's thick enogh lol, after seeing the machining.
Call my grandma for advice, she knows all about broaches
That's a handguards for a certain RUclips Ak-50!!!
Can you share what tool and machine was used for the OD splines? TIA 😊
That is a beautiful piece of machining right there. Good job folks. I'm stuck in little old 3 axis land over here.
LET'S GO BRANDON.....!!!! The AK-50 Brandon.... Awesome video with a nice chuckle at the end.
Teasing us with old footage.
Sounds looking like animal movie sound 😂 too satisfying
Looks like Brandon's part. AK50 ?
Yep, we machined the most tight tolerances parts for him

3dp electrodes and edm/ecm can be handy for complex internal geometry. Drill/mill the windows then use nylon screws to hold electrodes in place.
Just make your own "key" cutter by necking down a normal end mill on the grinder. I do it all the time.
