After stumbling across his RUclips page I watched all his videos in 3 days and purchased his sketch books in PDF. Every drawing, sketch with random characters seem to start a story. You can feel the world they might live in with just a rabbit working on a spaceship. He's very inspiring with his work ethic... he created Inktober! That alone is insane!

Found his new book pending September release on Amazon. It seems like it is exactly the same as a book I purchased 5years ago from another ink artist and instructor. You should be ashamed of yourself..

Rain A’Stor I feel bad for Jake if he hired a ghost writer and they just blatantly copied the entire outline of Alphonso book. But he did it himself shame on him.
Kelly Sterr sometimes we jump to conclusions, but you say you derive that his book SEEMS exactly the same as another artist! This is all over RUclips, if the other artist thinks his book has been plagiarized the professional process is to discuss it with the author, then if not settled, see a lawyer to see if there is a case. I am not trying to dismiss your take on this, but years of following Jake as an artist he has been so generous and informative. Surprising a fifty year art learner with incites and techniques and lessons on creativity! There are people who have looked into the issue and concluded that Jakes book is unique to his teaching style and point out where the concepts predate the other artists book! Unless there is a legal case, I would not myself tell someone to be ashamed of themselves!

I bet that you only watched like 5 minutes of Alphonso’s video and got pissed like a White Knight before even watching the whole video with several evidences.
You’re not a professional artist, don’t act like you know everything about what they do or will think about this situation. There’s a very big reason why in schools and colleges students are made to practice TO NOT PLAGIARISE.
Besides that, Jake Parker has harrassed several smaller artists last year. Before you ask me for proof, the search bar is literally right there, look it up yourself.
