- The Cedar Blitz Gravel Race War On Wheels is a gravel race that begins and ends in downtown Cedar Springs, Michigan. 2024 brought 500+ riders. It has become one of my favorite gravel races. This year's 36 mile race was a blast, we had a large, fast rolling group. Check it out next year if you haven't, highly recommend!

That was me going down around mile 8. Completely lost my front wheel in some sand. Nice footage, man!
Glad it was not worse and I felt lucky to be on the inside. Did you both get up pretty quickly? I know one at least one of you did.
@@justinjewell11 yea inside line would have been nice there. The other guy didn't really go down - his bike stayed on two wheels (I held it up). I had to straighten my bars and got going again. Had to stop again because my first adjustment was still crooked. My attempt to bridge back was cooked after that.
@@10flyingdutchman makes sense why he bridged so quickly because I remember him coming back up and passing me not long after. Bummer on the spill, sounds like you need to race it next year for redemption!
@@justinjewell11 absolutely! I remember racing it with you last year - saw your GoPro - and we were both in the front group. Was hoping for another good result this year.
